Don't forget about JESSICA 88,  1st moto 3rd place holeshot and 2nd moto 1st place holeshot, Them ATP motors like to be out front off the gate.........Then its up to the rider to decide where they end up.  She finished 4/5 and got a 5th place overall in C class.

Someone mentioned to me at reddick that we must keep a fresh engine in Devin's quad, LMAO, I said hell no, we need to get it out after this weekend, the crank had been in that quad since the first national in 07

Thats the last time I say we need to get somthing out before it blows, LOL

I heard there was some great racing. Congrats to all of our ATP riders for a great showing again.

Now, I have to get back to work, Devin needs a new engine before next weekend, LMAO

Make sure the timing is set right on the engine. You need to check the ignition timing static and check to see where it is at full advanced. If you are running to much timing advance, it can also cause an overheat situation.

We will try the WD40 today (because we have a bunch of it) and if that doesn't work I am off to Home Depot for some of that stuff

Yeah but pink taco's don't count do they? Guys have told me they have great taste and are less filling.  I think I'll leave that for them....haha!

dude, motors don't go bad from siting around. That's no testament to some ones work. Run that same motor for 2 or 3 years and thats a testament!

  I am not sure what you think the right way to get started in this industry is, but going around telling lies is not the right way to do it. Let your work be judged on the local tracks and the nationals.

I don't know that much about those when they go out. I run a WER. But when mine needed rebuilt, I kept having to turn it up for it to work and eventually i didnt even work when put on the highest setting. We rebuilt it and i was like new again.

Let me know if you figured it all out. I think you should try running 110 before anything else.

Not sure what you mean by specs for the clutch springs, but all you have to do is tighten the clutch spring bolts up lightly. As long as you apply moderate pressure, the bolts will not back loose becase they are under spring pressure.

Cut the green wire no matter what. The dirtbike engine in the 06/07 quad likes more RPM. As for camshaft, if your looking for a good all around cam, the use the Hot Cam 2.
