Thank you for your support JR. If I were to rate it, I would say the following:
40% Trail Ride 25% Mud Ride (Located at the top right corner of the place and few water spots) 35 % Free ride, streets, drag racing, etc.[/i]
And this property will be closed in .........3............2..........1..... are you stupid posting this here?

I have a buddy that has a lot and we are riding out their Sunday morning we are all meeting at the front gate at 10am please let me know if you would like to meet..... the more the better !!!!!
And thats the exact f'd up mentality that will ruin the place....IF YOU DONT OWN LAND THERE...STAY OUT. The place is getting ruined by idiots that dont give a sh1t about the place. There are bottles and garbage everywhere and ppl getting hurt by idiots racing around that have no respect for anything because they dont have anything at stake in the place.Almost every camp has been vandalized, burnt down, and stolen from from idiots that let others in the gate when they dont belong there. They just caught some guys there 2 weekends ago that broke through the front gate with 7 stolen Arctic Cats from the dealer down in Sebastian. The front gate was ruined because they got pissed that no one would let them out apparently. It is geting very overcrowded due to irresponsble ppl that let anyone and their brother in. You are allowed to bring a friend with you, but an open invitation to let anyone and everyone in is just assanine. You are ultimately responsible if anyone gets hurt there. THey are doing gate checks pretty heavy lately too, and if you dont have a personal key on you, they are even callingthe cops for trespassing. Wont take long for some trespassers ot get their bikes confiscated to start changing things. Just buy a piece of land and split it a few ways if you cant afford it yourselves,(that is to those trying to sneak in all the time) then at least you can participate in volunteering for gate checks, road repair, garbage cleanup days, etc..... Sorry ot come acroos like an assh0le, but it WAS a really nice place, now it is going to hell and you cant keep anything nice out there due ot theft and destruction...... The only thing they have at stake is their vehicles up front ........

Petersons 4x4 magazine had nothing to do with that...
Absolutley they did. People have good intentions but good intentions have closed numerous riding areas in the state. Look at all of them closed down in your neck of the woods. The law of averages catches up when you have so many people in one place. I have heard the song and dance about "I just want a place to take my kids" before. That is for one weekend then everyone and their cousin is back the next weekend leeching at the gate. Take up jet skis, the rivers are still open for now.

if it wasnt for guys like mudman. i wouldnt have meet half the people i know now. there isnt alot of areas to ride where i live. so when i get invited somewhere plus meet fellow riders i am thankful.
Yep if it wasn't for guys like mudman SE would still be a LOCAL piece of property and we wouldn't have a 1000 dayriders from all over the state out "meeting fellow riders" every weekend vandalizing camps and vehicles like there is now. Do us all a favor and find somewhere else to leech off of. Pretty soon noone will want to park up front anyhow with all of the flat tires and broken windows so it will not matter.

What is the big deal? If mudman wants to invite people/ friends to check it out, I dont see the point of your post. Are u saying people with a key/owner should be the only ones allowed in there??? [/quote You are joking right? No one can be that stupid.

Not a troll just a long time outdoorsman that hates the fact that all of the property in Florida is being "whored" by people like you. You intentially misled people saying there is a designated hunting area which is anything but true. You intentially misled people that your property is right at the gate which is not true. Over the past few years SE has went to hell in a hand basket because of people just like you. The road to hell is paved with good intentions.
In my world not "everything" is for sale.

I am selling a 1.25 acre lot is Holopaw Florida. It is gated key access only. You have to be a land owner or their guest to ride there. You have access to over 10,000 acres of trails/mud pits/streams, ect. You can ride, set up a camp, hunt, target shoot. The lot is high and dry and within 4 miles of the main gate. There are no extra fees there, you buy the land and bring your friends at no extra charge. Up to 4 people can be on one deed and each person would get a key. There is a designated hunting area. There are deer, hog, and turkey. If interested email mbaker2588@cfl.rr.com. I am asking $6000 for the lot. Designated Hunting area? You don't know what you are talking about or you are lying. Also 4 miles is not remotely considered "close to the gate" by the way. Just another carpet bagger.

Well Well, Looks like my assumptions were true.
With the exception of a few of your internet buddies everyone pretty much wants you to just fade away. Get back into your kitchen and do your chores.
By the way detectives you couldn't be further from the truth about who I am. You are too smart for your own good.

cain73, I do not know why they let people like you post on this board. The only reason you are posting this is to try to start ****. Look at your signature, trying to start ****. You are on the edge, over the top I bet you internet buddies think you are cool.
You must be a weak, needy person that always feels like he is on the outside looking in. Whats wrong the cool kids wouldn't let you play with them so you told their mommies on them?
as a matter of fact cain has a few great friends and as to him being weak and needy you couldn't be anymore wrong. Opinions are like Nose's some smell others dont. Just so that I understand you correctly you feel those of us here that voice our opinions that are not always inline with main stream liberal America or agree with the drive by media are on the Edge and always looking to start **** . OK I have been called worse by better people It is people like us who are fighting to keep our riding areas open because we voice our opinions until it is heard by as many ears as necessary. If your toes get stepped on or your feelings get hurt in the process, so be it.... take a few advil, recite a few wooosa's and move on. You are really Rush Limbaugh aren't you...lol. You must have really have been waiting to post that to someone and my post was as close as you can get to be relevent to your arguement. Because your post is way out of context with anything I was talking about. His post had nothing to do with helping out the greater cause of gaining access for 4 wheelers. It was meant to be a jab at anyone that owns property at River Ranch that maybe thinks that enough is enough with the publicity. It was just to stir the pot and you know it. So turn on Rush (by the way I listen to him. conservative) and find another post that is relevent to your point.

Anyone care to take a guess who this mysterious new poster actually is. Sure knows a lot about the sites. I think an investigation should be launched. No one special

.........a big fatherly figure. I was told this is how to get river ranch property cheap! For anyone wanting to buy into River Ranch cheap ! He said to go to the Polk County tax office and ask about the unpaid tax auctions. You can go to these auctions and bid on a full deed starting at $500. From what he says this is how mjlands gets their deeds cheap to break up and resell. Full deeds (he says) go for around $900 to $1,300. He says he has inside info and mjlands usually pays only up to $1,000 for them. Also, he said that someone here actually went to the Polk Country office and got a list of land owners at River Ranch that live out of the area. The thought is that they might never use it and be tired of paying for it and want to get rid of it. You send them all letters (just make copies of one and add names) offering to buy it. He says this person actually got multiple offers to sell them, and actually bought 2 deeds cheap. All you need is one person wanting to sell. They might have been left the property, or moved out of state since buying. It won't cost much , just some stamps and a little time to write a letter. No longer do you need a land broker to sell you high priced 1/4 deeds, or a current member willing to sell you a part of theirs. Now bidding on ebay hoping for a quarter deed. Now you can buy in cheap and be able to set up your own camp! All the stories about needing to know people to get in is just that.stories. Do your homework and it'll save you thousands on a full deed! take in your quad and ride til your heart is content! For those that are mad at this post, just remember it came straight from the inside I don't want to deter anyone from buying from mjlands, but I can't let such great intel go without sharing just like someone did with me. cain73, I do not know why they let people like you post on this board.
