Hey, Rob, I hope you are feeling better man. I was on the blue 2-stroke, didn't see the crash, but was there for the aftermath. The red bike was a good friend of mine in his first race on the flat track. I can tell you in addition to some bad bangs and bruises hisself, I have had to talk him off the ledge, so to speak, a time or two. He feels real bad about the deal though he doesn't remember much. Real concerned whether he would be welcome back even. Just let the bike get away at a bad time. Really hope there is no hard feelings, definitely was not his plan either. Made me really consider a second retirement myself, but it's just so much fun, I can't walk away that easy. Again we both have been really concerned about how your doing. Hope to see you back at the track soon.

Anybody have either pics or video of the 1st heat of the vet class on 7/21? I thought I saw a link to some video of it yesterday, but now I can't find it. I was running 4th so I didn't see it, but it sure seemed to be a real nasty crash. Hats off to the track officials and safety crew for doing a good job under very bad circumstances. Vowed retirement, but after some time, and rule changes, pretty sure I'll be back. I think it was just a product of having to many quads on the track at one time. It is a fast track, and just not enough escape room. Having to many quads is a good thing though, it shows growing interest and good "word of mouth" promoting. Brady, you have a great thing going, both of my kids have raced and are dying to come back, continue to keep safety as the #1 priority.

I happen to know that there is a few people over around Crystal River area, who are big into "lawnmower" style tractor pulling. I am not sure how you can get the info to them, but I know they would enjoy it and that they only get a chance to do it about once or twice a year now.
