Same. And if you need the contact info for the buds mega tech dealer I used please feel free to pm me. He uses Facebook strictly but I can get you in contact with him

There is quite a few decent write-ups on snorkel's for the MAV.  Not sure if they are any different than the XRS, but the inline fan coolers have been the ticket to belt life.  Also a real clutch setup like QSC or AirDam /// does wonders.

I deleted the ACS on my 14 XMR 1k, best thing I have ever done hands down.  Forget that air ride.  Overall after selling my air shocks it cost me just over $200 including the re-program from Buds Mega-Tech dealer and Fox Podiums.  I'll have to get some pictures up but my build is posted on Can-am forum and MIMB

Have some respect Cr500...these 'stupid americans' are the ones fighting for your country to remain free.

HE JUST WENT FULL RETARD!

Dude, I don't care what you do, but stop posting BS here...we all know it's illigal to ride and I can speak for the majority and tell you we don't care who you know.

Just throwing this out there, what do you do when FWC stops you? They sure as heck don't care who you know, they are state funded and run!

All I can do is facepalm.

You ILLEGALLY riding is the problem.

I love how you just come out with attacks.  Relax CR500pro, no one is out to get you.  Just stop posting BS on the forum, you aren't stopping anyone from coming out to these illegal spots.

The "real world" of ATV'ing in south florida is there are no legal places to ride.

Serious question..

If you know there are no legal places to ride and, you don't want to drive to a legal area, why own an atv? just okay with riding illegally and giving everyone else a bad name?

Exactly, I happily drive 3 hours or more to the spots we frequent.  I knew that after holey lands closed down for ATV's that it would be a different world or mudding.  Hence why I have no problem driving to hit up RYC or St Lucie Mud Jam etc...

^^haha I love people like this.

They feel entitled and think they are immune from the legal system.

Can't fix stupid.
13  General / Open Discussion / Re: WARNING !!!.....IF U RIDE 8st & 137ave. on: May 06, 2013, 04:16:09 PM

What department does he work for?

Just FYI, having family in high places doesn't provide you an immunity.  That just makes you sound ignorant.  I'm not even sure why I'm acknowledging your post but I would really love to know who this important person is.

This happens every couple of years. They crack down and become strict for a few months and then they don't bother for a couple years. Always happens.

Exactly, before you know it everyone will be posting how great 41st and humps are...
16  General / Open Discussion / Re: WARNING !!!.....IF U RIDE 8st & 137ave. on: May 05, 2013, 02:28:24 PM
^Oh I know, I rode out there once I'll never go back...not worth the drive and too many people not enough mud for me Smiley

Anyway, what I'm sayin is if they want to enforce it, stick an officer out there...they did it at 41st, worked pretty well
17  General / Open Discussion / Re: COPS R GONNA GET FIRM AT THE HUMPS..heres ur head up guys.. on: May 05, 2013, 02:09:48 PM
I'm confused on where you are hearing this from.

Humps has never been a legal place to ride, it was tolerated until late 2010 when they really started amping up PD presence on Tennessee road.

It's illigal to discharge a firearm on any paved road, or closer than 1000ft from a vehicle (ref. fl state statue 790.15)

Shooting a power pole is not an act of terrorism...thats called being an idiot and asking to get charged on a felony.

I wanna see these helicopters  Roll Eyes

I'm not doubting you, just stating the facts.  This place has never been legal to ride, FPL is tired of punks ruining their property, and to my knowledge you can't just "turn" property into Federal Land.  There is a LONG process involved with that...

I don't even want to touch on a security officer telling someone to grab a 5 gallon bucket or go to jail.  Number 1 they have no arrest authority and 2. the words "try and catch me" would be next...security officers are a JOKE.

Please don't take this as an attack on you, I'm just a little confused where you are getting your info from because I would like to maintain a certain level of professionalism in the information people receive on this site.  A lot of people view this forum and look to it for information.  This is the second post you have created involving random facts about what large agencies are doing.  I just want to set the record straight because I personally know a few head honcho's from large agencies around here and I have heard nothing of the sort of what you are saying.  "Increased patrolling" is the only thing being spoke about.  Trust me, they know you guys ride there, they know you guys ride on the street, and they LOVE putting you guys in jail...so keep that in mind when riding these areas.  No skin off their back to charge you for a felony.
18  General / Open Discussion / Re: WARNING !!!.....IF U RIDE 8st & 137ave. on: May 05, 2013, 01:56:59 PM
Sounds like a pretty elaborate scheme to find a few atv's riding around illigally...

I don't doubt they amp up 'security' there...but if you know what's going on with local agencies, they are facing all time low staffing, so I HIGHLY doubt they are doing these elaborate operations to catch atv'ers as opposed to doing normal stings with drugs/prostitution. They simply don't have the time for that.

If they want to get those people out of the woods they simply place an officer post out there and tell everyone to leave.

If you don't leave it will be trespassing...simple as that.
19  General / Open Discussion / Re: what motor oil do u use? motorcycle or car oils?? on: February 05, 2013, 09:06:30 PM
Castrol is great stuff for dino oil, I used it for years in the honduh and brute until i made the move to amsoil.  I really like castrol and valvoline.

Like the others have said I have never to this day seen one motor fail because of a certain brand of oil.  Most the time it's low oil or other issues.
20  General / Open Discussion / Re: what motor oil do u use? motorcycle or car oils?? on: February 04, 2013, 11:59:10 PM
yfz122, you got pics by any chance? I was just puttin injectors in my old 02 cummins 169k miles rotella oil since 3k miles and it was nasty nasty, shoulda took some pics...
21  General / Open Discussion / Re: what motor oil do u use? motorcycle or car oils?? on: January 31, 2013, 08:36:03 PM
I use to run Amsoil back in the day and grenaded more motors with it than any other oil. I think the main issue with amsoil is that it's to slippery to stick on the parts its suppose to be protecting. Even team Suzuki use to run diesel oil.

Next time if/when that happens you need to forward that to amsoil and they will do an investigation and if it was because of oil they usually take care of your motor.  This is the first I've ever ever ever heard of amsoil grenading a motor.  Usually motors are run low on oil or have none at all (flow problem or hole in the block lmao) when they go...just sayin!
22  General / Open Discussion / Re: what motor oil do u use? motorcycle or car oils?? on: January 31, 2013, 12:17:34 AM
The friction modifiers in regular car oil is what is making the wet clutches degreade.  I don't have pics, but have taken apart one too many clutch baskets of friends who ran car oil because "they had it laying around in the garage.".  Eventually you get slippage, heat, and all sorts of bad stuff happens.  It's really not hard to just run the right oil I'm not sure why everyone fights it! LOL, motorcycles get motorcycle oil and cars get car oil...diesels get diesel oil.  Thats all folks  Kiss

Here is a dodge (cummins) with 120k miles on it.  Ran amsoil since 40k miles and literally looks brand new...proof is in the pudding, group IV synthetics rock man.

You should see motors with 75k that run reg oil they have a thick coating of black silt on them...nasty.  Last injector install I did I had that crap all over me

23  General / Open Discussion / Re: what motor oil do u use? motorcycle or car oils?? on: January 29, 2013, 09:09:56 PM
It depends wet or dry clutch.  On brute force, can am, polaris, etc you can run car oil.  The motorcycle oil just has different additives and designed for wet clutch use.  Sport atv's, yamaha grizzly, suzuki king quad etc all have wet clutch.  I havne't seen a failure, but definitely premature wear.  It's up to you guys, but I chose to run what it's supposed to have.  I'm an amsoil bandwagon guy so beat me now  Cry Cry Cry
24  General / Open Discussion / Re: who has gotten there truck, car, trailer or atv burgerlized, while riding?... on: January 23, 2013, 09:38:29 PM
Interesting ideas, I just don't ride there anymore that is my solution! lmao.

Other than that if they want my truck they can have it, and on top of that if you don't want the horns don't mess with the bull if you know what I mean...some of us rednecks are a litttttlee crazy  Wink
25  General / Open Discussion / Re: who has gotten there truck, car, trailer or atv burgerlized, while riding?... on: January 23, 2013, 06:24:19 PM
Yup, almost all of us have had that in my group, thats why I hate miami mudding...
