I agree with you 100% If the courts would let the parents choose how they want these sick, demented, low life scums be punished then this wouldn't be happening anymore. Lets scar our children for life and remember criminals rights...where did society go wrong? Kids have rights also and if there is no change our children are going to continue growing up thinking  crimes are permissable because criminals are not getting the punishment they deserve. It makes me sick!
