I have state farm insurance on my 1986 250r three wheeler.  It costs me $100 a year and it is insured for $3000.

Hello fellow riders,
I just moved to fl from washington state last year.. I recently bought a crf 250r and have been riding at our 300 acre private company dirt pit.  Its great but I have been having withdrawls from the HUGE oregon sand dunes.  I miss the camping, the riding, the over all good times.  Is there anyone who can point out some good spots...

 I am looking for:

Sand Dunes
Hill Climbs
Big Air
wide open free riding.

I need places to go big and good camping for our wives.

Thank you
.

You might want to move back to Oregon.  I am going to Coos Bay in May to visit my Aunt and Uncle.  There is nothing east of the Mississippi except for Silver Lake in Michigan that is even remotely close to the Oregon dunes.  Good luck.

On my mini quads, will they accept a dated sales receipt?

Here is a link that should help.

I just registered and titled a 1986 ATC250r with a bill of sale that showed $100 and the date on the bill of sale was 3/10/2007, well after the 2002 cut off in Pinellas County.  I went to the facility on Starkey Road.  It costs me $44 and change and I was in and out in a half hour during my lunch break.  No questions asked, the DMV WANTS YOUR MONEY!!!!

You guys and gals had some bad luck last weekend.  Hope that bleeding the brakes helped the one quad.  It was nice meeting your group as well.  I woke up Sunday morning and you all were packed up and gone!!!

"We're not encouraging ATVs right now," DeLucia said. "Today was a perfect example."

That is a great quote, when and where do they encourage ATV's use?

ha ha ha ha i still ride out there  Grin Grin Grin

This makes you part of the problem and this mentality does not help the atv community gain new riding areas.  I hope they arrest you and impound your ride next time you ride there.

The three maniacs that were riding the three wheelers at ThunderBowl are in.  I know as I was one of them and it was brought up at the race.  I know Ronnie with his tri-z would love to come but he has a crazy extended swing arm.  We would just have to handicap him.
13  General / Racing Scene / Re: Thunderbowl Results????? on: January 29, 2007, 04:21:03 PM
I do it on league races, However... I failed to pick up the score sheets when i left Ocala. Im waiting on Brady to fax them to me as we speak. Im working on the excel spreedsheet what will host the points like I had last year. If any of you have used it Excel, you know it takes a while... Undecided
Typically the website is updated no later than Sunday night, but in this case we raced on Sunday.. so it should be finished up tonight.

If you are still having trouble with the Excel let me know as I work with Excel everyday.

If you took photos or captured some video of the race, would you post them?  I was not able to get my wife to come and tape the race, but was hoping someone taped the three wheeler class.  Or you could email me at miked1957@hotmail.com.

Thanks Chris for letting us in the league and Brady for allowing us to run, look forward to the next race.

Mine was definitely a handful.  I really only lowered the front and rear and added Hoosiers.  The bike other wise is stock.  Superman  Cool Let me know if anyone got that one on captured or video or pic.  Next time it is rubber side down.

Thanks for the kind and encouraging words.  My first race on the #57 trike.  I was nervous as hell before the first run and just when I started to get some confidence I dumped her AFTER the heat race.   Grin  Need to work on setup and learn from pics.  Anyone have video of the races? I would love to see that.

I am curious as to why someone would do all this work and still use the spongy 21 year old brake lines? Mine were horrible so I switched them to braided stainless steel.

Mr. Bones, where did you get braided stainless lines for your R.  I have an 85 and have not seen them.  Did you have them made?  Thanks.
