TRIKES not allowed over there now?! WTF!?! that saddens me greatly... anybody been there lately? were planning a group ride MAY 25th if anyone wants to meet up, mostly sport machines (250R/250ex/yfz/trx etc etc)

I ride a trx310R and my daughter rides a 250ex sporttrax, used to ride ONF quite often and fl motoplex, but have stayed local for the past few years riding possum creek and sandhill sand pits in waycross ga, Hey dorsey have you been up to the pits in waycross? its about an hour from jville. Next year me and my daughter will be in FL alot as she joined FTR but we have to wait till her birthday before she can compete so shes been practicing like crazy,may goto the motoplex in a few weekends.

is there just racing out there sat? or is there a track open just to ride? She dosnt want to compete on any track yet just ride to see how she likes it.

just what the title says, any HS/XC races going to be held any where besides the Ftr events? Im going to try to get my daughter to as many of the FTR races as possible but it may not work out that well.

are there any FTR riders in south Ga? Im looking to carpool to take my daughter to a few ftr races since I cant find any races other then them, Ill help with gas as much as possible. Her machine is a honda 250ex only one machine.

I understand that its not like im asking people from miami to come up here to race, were just 35 miles north of the fl line so there should be plenty of riders in north fl that could be interested.

It's located in ray city ga just north of valdosta ga, shooting for first race in april then if decent turnout aditional races throughout the year. The park is large and can accomidate amature and pro running in one section and peewee and novice running in another way less technical section at the same time. Shooting for just trophies right now but if decided to make a series then points will be added with a possible purse at the end of the year.

The owner of a local atv park near me aproached me about hosting a cc style race at his park. There are 600+ acres of various terrian that I think would be great to race. It would start off small but he has interest in possibly doing a series  with points.

I got to take my daughter to shands in a week is there any shops that sell leatt braces in gainsville I want to at least try one on her to Sr what size she can wear

oh did a quick mock up of the nerf bars, they fit about what I would expect them to fit, aslo note the stock heel guards will work on this no problem, later i hope to change them out to some pro armour or equivalent brand aluminum heel guard.






you can see where they go directly into the 250ex frame. Normal 250ex nerfs go behind this frame portion making the nerfs short and boxy and im not into that. Also notice honda puts a threaded hole in the reinforcement perfect for making a nerf bar mount bolt up to   so I will take the 300ex nerf front mounts cut and reweld them so they bol onto this portion.  Also turning radius does not come close to the nerfs wich may be a problem with stock armed machines.






now onto the back mounts, not a big problem here I will flatten out the nerf bar mount to foot peg so it fits flush and cut and reweld the inner most net mount as its in the way of the foot peg.






also got the front 450R hood mounted securely, drilled and screwed the front and drilled two new holes on the top and put in longer push pins and called it a day, also reinstalled the key switch and N and R lights. Looks pretty damn tough for a 250ex I might say!
