General / Tech Corner / Blaster Oil Light
|
on: February 10, 2007, 04:16:24 PM
|
Hello, I have an '03 Yamaha Blaster in which the oil light is on half the time I ride even when I'm riding on flat ground. Is there a way to fix this or am I stuck? I have noticed both our Yamaha Snowmobiles (Yes, you heard me right. I live in New Hampshire) have the oil lights on too alot of the time. Must be alot of Yamahas that do this?

May out prayers be with you. Never give up hope and keep on fighting. Pain doesn't last forever, but giving up hope does. This event will never make you weaker, but all closer together than ever. May everyones prayers be with you.

Hello, I have an 03' Honda Rancher and today I opened up the airbox lid and there was a little puddle in the bottom. Is there something wrong? Has never been flipped or any wheelies, never had any problems, oil is filled right amount... Thanks.

General / Tech Corner / FMF versus others....

Hello, I have a '03 Yamaha Blaster and was wondering what a good brand of exhaust is? Im mostly a trail rider that wants a little more of a throaty growl and more 'torque'. I'm not a racer and am on a budget looking for a quality exhaust. Thanks!

General / Tech Corner / Yamaha Blaster Float bowl
|
on: August 13, 2006, 04:48:50 PM
|
Greetings from New Hampshire! ^_^
We have a '04 Yamaha Blaster which didn't start and gas wasn't even coming out of the drain tube when we backed the screw out even with the gas on or on reserve. So, we opened the float bowl and there was a little plastic piece which appeared to stop some splashing that looked like it dropped down from the top of the float bowl from the carb..
Does anyone know if you need it in there and how it goes in?
Thanks! *shivers from NH's cold climate ^_^ *
