it's been rebuilt 3 times and I still can't keep rings in it. the last time it was punched 50 over with new rings, piston, rod, and bearings. A complete rebuild 100 hours later and it's smoking again. What else could I do.

Went to court, had my papers from the ER, explained to the judge that the officer didn't see us do the damage, and wrote me the ticket cause my bike "had the most mud on it". The officer didn't show so they continued the case unti the next court date. The US Attorney made contact witht the officer, confirmed my story, looked at the ER documents and then called me and said it would be dismissed. I got a letter in the mail from the US Justice department confirming. No court cost or anything, just DISMISSED!!!

Went to court and they threw out the ticket... Yee Haw!!!

This doesn't really make sense, maybe you could try elaborating more.  You were not there, but you had your bikes there and got a ticket there?  How were you not there?

Let me explain... earlier that morning while riding, my wife dislocated her knee. We were at the ER getting her knee put back together and when we went bike to load bikes and pack up they showed and wrote the ticket. That should make more sense now...

Those stickers are required anytime you take the bikes off of your own property acording to the rangers we talked to. $175 fine per bike.

Did you ride? We rode sunday and it sucked, wife dislocated her knee, got a $550 ticket for being in a ditch and $175 ticket for no tag.

So if it's considered a golf cart can I take it to the forest without registeration?

I have a Club-car wit dump bed and 25" tires, under the current regs, it doesn't qualify for registration according to my local DMV. Found out via the courthouse that this is considered a golfcart... Do I need the sticker?
