Just got back from Croom and it's $50 and all you need is the vin number and your drivers license. It was nice out since it has been raining there was not dust. Went out there with Dirtbikes this time instead of the quads so it was a whole new feeling riding out there. Wish there was a place like this down south!!!!!!

Thanks but the pic is a little deceiving. It is actually a wall we were going up so you get more lift than distance. I want to get a GPS to plot all the spots as i always get lost when i am out there and can never find the same place twice. Here is a sideshow of the pics from out last trip... can't wait to go back again. CLICK ON THE PIC!!!

That place looks great!! I have to make my way up there and check it out. Wish we could get something like that down south. How does this place compare to Croom? I know it's not identical but over all. I really like croom for the amount or trails. If it had an MX track would be even better just to change it up. and by the looks of the Motoplex you have it all.

So The state park brought a total of more than $1.1 million in revenue during the last fiscal year, according to the Division of Forestry. But yet they can't open a place down south. You can just imagin how much they would make...

When i get a ticket i just give it to a lawyer and let them deal with it. Most of the cops don't show up so I only have to pay the lawyer fees. If they do show up you may get away with just traffic school and possibly a fee. but no points and no insurance increase. You don't even have to show up the lawyer takes care of everything and you get the results in the mail.

I just sold my 87' Wrangler V6 4.2L 4x4 for 3,500 and now i am regretting it. Needed cash at the time. I don't even know how many miles it had. Well over 100k and it ran perfect!!! I used it as a daily driver for a couple of months, gas mileage wasn’t great but I never had a problem mechanically. Jeeps last for ever!!!

I plan on being out there this Sat with 1 or 2 other Sport Quads and a KTM 450 Dirtbike. We also part at the beginning for the dirt road. Look for a Silver Honda Oddysee with a 05 TRX450r. plan on getting there about 9 or 10am. I was there last weekend with my sons and their PW80 dirtbike and we had a blast. This time the littles ones stay at home so the big boys can have some fun.

General / Open Discussion / Re: Apple vs Windows
|

Its been almost a week now with my new apple computer. I miss a few thing from my old computer, for one the right button on my mouse. but I have to say the Apple is a faster and easier computer. The down side is hardware and software, most all the hardware as to be for a Mac and very little software for the Mac. So another change for me will be learning Final Cut 4 vs Photoshop that I was using for years. Anybody else have a Apple? I have a iMac 2.8ghz Intel core 2 extreme processor,4GB of 667 MHz DDR2 memory and 1TB harddrive.
Oh yeah.....best part of the mac is the 24" screen
Congrats on the computer! But a couple things, first off your mighty mouse actually is configurable to except multiple clicking inputs. You can set up a right click to act like a control-click in the control panel. There isn't much new hardware they make, (attest hardware worth buying anyway,) that wont work with it. You just need to read a couple review before major peripheral purchases to make sure the company makes decent drivers, if needed. As far as the software thing, Final Cut is for video, Photoshop for pictures. Final cut is mac only, and very expensive, and photoshop is made for both OS X and windows XP. Did you get the 24" iMac? Thats the top of the line machine isn't it? Enjoy! as logandzwon stated you can set your mouse to multi click in the control panel. you can also hold down the "control" and "option" keys on the keyboard and then click on the mouse or thumbpad and the action will be like right clicking. I am actually a video editing and graphic systems engineer. If you like and are used to Photoshop for pictures you can get it for Mac. if you have a lot of Windows software you may want to consider BootCamp or Parallels Desktop and load Windows on your Mac to run your Windows softare. I set them up all the time and I personally use it on my 17" MacBook Pro. If you have never seen windows running on a Mac you will be blown away. LOL trust me I am not bias, I am Mac and Windows certified and set them both up all day long. Welcome to the Mac family
