Put a mechanics lein on the bike for storage or such. Apply for it through a reputable company. The company will apply with the state the state will contact the current owner and the person (usually does not respond as the letter is sent to the address on the title) you will get a legetimite title from the state of Florida. I have had to do thi twice as the bikes I had I just bought w/ a bill of sale as titles were not reqired then. This also worked for a 2002 Rincon that I bought and the guy sold it to me with just a bill od sale in 2002 and there was a 1st Lein on it. I made a claim of $5000 in storage fees and the 1st lein holder Honda Motor Corp claimed they could not recoup there costs because they must pay the $5000 lein so they reliesed the lein

So, from my personal experience, I find them to be uncomfortable, lacking in space, lacking in power, over weight, too wide, rough riding, noisey, bad on fuel and underpowered. Other than that, they're perfect... for people with insecurity issues. lol. Wink I agree but there is room inside. I took mine to Maine from Florida and had no problem with the space inside....and as far as the insecurity issues......my daddy used to touch me in my tickle spot
