na not at all we had a propane heater in the trailer both nights even as cold as it got it was warm in there next time do i will bring the rv, the road is a lot nicer now than waht it was 2 yrs ago.

been there the place is cool specialy  if you like the mud, and for paul great guy, and the people too are great, would recommen riding the extra 1.5 hr to it instead of ocala, and you can run your generator with uit a cutt off time and hot a** showers

do not reserve @ this site all information is wrong and they charge a $9 reservation fee,
the site says $6 per site and a minimum of 2 vehicles at site (trailer does not count as a separate vehicle) well we reserve 2 sites got there and they had all our info but they told us that it wasn,t for 2 vehicles and that we had to pay extra for a vehicle. well we argue and they told us to tell it to the web people, they would not honored what the web site says also the new showers were not working i mean they were all over flowing in to the floor out side the shower and it took a long time for it drain.  and also the volunteers were harrasing people like they were rangers, is cool to have volunteers to help out but to act like they were rangers comom, so we spoke with the ranger about it and he say just to be polite to them and just tell them that you know the law and just go on about your bussiness. and they cannot do anything about it

SO LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT WE CLEAN UP AND AT THE SAME TIME WE MAKE OUR SELFS LOOK LIKE WE ARE THE PROBLEM, I MEAN WE CAN CLEAN UP THE TRAILS FOR US  BUT THAT STILL DOES NOT CLEAN OTHER AREAS OF THE FOREST THAT WE DO NOT HAVE ACCES TO.
I MEAN WE HAVE A ATV CLEAN UP RIDE, BUT WHAT ABOUT A HUNTERS CLEAN UP OR A LOCALS CLEAN UP ACTIVITY.  WE MAY THINK WE ARE DOING GOOD BUT TO SOMES THAT WANT TO SHUTT DOWN OUR RIDING AREA IT JUST GIVE THE MORE FIRE POWER. PICTURES AND ALL THE STUFF THAT CAME OUT OF THE EVENT WITH ATVS IN THE PICTURES    WHEN I GO TO OCALA I SEE THE LOCALS HUNTING (IF YOU EVEN WANT TO CALL IT HUNTING) ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WITH FOOD AND OTHER STUFF LIKE BEER AND WHEN THEY LEAVE WHAT DO U SEE LEFT BEHIND YOU GUESS RIGHT THRASH, BUT WE ALL KNOW THAT THE GUYS ON ATVS LEFT IT THERE. AND HAVE YOU SEEN ALL THE SHELLS LEFT ON THE GROUND. AND I MEAN I,M ALL UP FOR 4X4 TRUCKS BUT I,VE SEEN JEEPS TEAR UP SOME WETLANDS, BUT ONCE AGAIN THE ATV GUYS DID IT .
DON,T WANT TO MAKE IT SOUND BAD I JUST CALL IT LIKE I SEE IT, I HOPE THAT I,M PROVED WRONG BUT WHO KNOWS. WELL THIS IS JUST MY OPINION BUT I THINK A LOT OF PEOPLE WILL AGREE WITH ME.
