i own a 650 and 680 rincon if your going to keep the tires 27'' or smaller its the best bike. but my 650 has 28'' tires lift jet kit gear reduction whole 9 yards but still wont spin a tire in thick thick mud. the 680 has 27'' vampires and will run where ever you go. but alot cheaper to change a belt in a belt drive than the tranny in a rincon

i took this picture off someones myspace from bamboo... Ive been to bamboo 4 times and all 4 times i got sick the following Monday. now i know cows die of natural causes and so on but WTF clean it up before people ride.
So many people bashing Bamboo that now I want to go check it out. Give me a break, it can't be worse than some of the places we have all ridden down here in South Florida. To be honest, it actually sounds like a cool place to ride. I know Underhill has sure had a hell of a time with the county making it available for everyone. Perhaps you guys like riding your backyards with the dogs poop?? It is like Matt said, getting ATVers to rally about anything but 'hating' something is impossible. I'm all for legal places to ride but how do you explain to a kid when you ride up on a dead cow with a beer in its mouth? but i don't want a legal place to ride that has dead cows rotting where i ride, yes i would rather ride my 4 wheeler in my back yard throwing dog poop that there. I'm not making up stuff about underhills I'm just posting my opinion in a thread that asks which is better. is it wrong of me to disclose the facts( 1 i get sick riding there. 2 there was a meth lab busted there wether or not owners knew. 3 theres a possibility you'll roll up on a dead cow)

was gonna go to bamboo but read no loud or noisey quads..... i dont have a loud noisey noisey quad but a 2.5 ton truck with stack headers (about 14746891264891 more DB's louder than a loud noisey atv) so im in for l-cross. and if its ok for that than theres something wrong with profileing there. its kind of like the pit bulls punish the deed not the breed. a little word of wisdom for mr. underhill, you do own an off road park correct?

sad to hear but is this true hes still alive or page not updated?
Greg was admitted to ICU around 6 p.m. on Sunday night where he remains. He is on a ventilator and is in a medically induced coma (he still hasn’t regained consciousness on his own). The goal of this type of coma is to reduce swelling and pressure on the brain, as well as an effort to rest the brain so it requires less blood and oxygen. This coma is induced by using sedatives to put the brain to sleep and to ensure the brain stays "asleep."
At this point, Greg is critical but stable.

the myspace page quotes adults -$40 a day per person,or $100 for the weekend, and $30- for kids 5-12, 5 and under- free. like i said, its still gonna run me $350 plus for the weekend. that hits the pocket pretty hard. plus fight all the traffic on and off the property. the last time i went i couldn t drink. i was to worried about being ran over by everyone else. with the number of people that attends, i fell there should be more room. i m not trying to bash. i m just thinking safety. the amount of people getting wasted then climbing on bikes or getting in huge mud trucks is an accident waiting to happen. i m all for slinging some mud and having a great time. but not at the cost of losing my life or my wifes.
i dont think with the price there will be many people and thats what im looking for. the first 2 mudfests were great with out all the people, and owning a huge truck as you say i look forward to not running over people to get to the mudhole.

"There is getting to be so many that they are fighting for any small piece of water they can find." If people didn't build houses and shopping centers where gators used to live then the gators would not be heavily populated in the small pieces of water they can find. Gators are still killed regularly. Any gator over 4ft that even seems aggressive that lives near people gets put in a gator farm, relocated to an alligator refuge/park, or gets put on the chopping block. I live near a lake and every now and then the park rangers come through and thin out larger gators that are in the canals.
exactly, nothing more to say. less crime in small towns because everyone has more space, but pile 1,000,000 people into the same lil town food, jobs, and money will have to be fought after. im all for managment of any species but dont say its over populated because someone or something got bit.... as for the original story some friends of mine know these kids and what went wrong? HE MISSED HIS SHOT. happens to the best of us, but the gator got the best of him. thats why its illegal to take gators from the bank with a gun. first contain then bang stick em, so you dont swim out after the gator you missed but think you shot and meet the wrong end of a bad day.

i think its down right wrong for the family to say the alligator population is to high?!?!?!?!? WTF maybe she forgot the dumb chit swam in the gators home that they claimed a helluva lot longer then we did. i know if the gator walks in my house without saying hi hes dead and so should anyone who does the same to his teritory....

I am the person who "found" the boat, Just to clear things up i have had it sitting in my backyard for almost 2 years now. I used to live in Golden Gate city on a canal an old guy lived like 10 or so houses down from me. The boat just sat tied up to the bank for as long as i can remember seeing it there. One day after school i was in my backyard and saw it floating down the canal, half full of water and loaded full of leaves and crap, it really wasn't even worth the trouble when i first saw it but i pulled it out and cleaned it up. That weekend when i was fishing in my boat i decided to stop by his house to tell him i had found his boat floating down the canal. He told me he didn't need it anymore and didn't have the time to mess with it so just keep it. Like I said that was almost 2 years ago and i dint even live any where near there anymore.
if this was said in the beginning it would of cleared alot up... go to DMV get last owners known address send certified letter with signature stating boat info etc and if he has no intentions of owning the boat.. if it returns unopened take it unopened and DMV will issue new title..if he wants it then your out of luck if he says no return letter he wrote that he says he forfeits it to you an they will grant you title

the boat was last registered in 99, Seth(hondabeefast) found it floating down the canal and it was a total turd, it had a rotted out transom and looked as if no one gave a crap about it. it was not like im taking somebody's pride and joy. more like somebody didn't know what to do with it so let it loose down a canal, seth found it, it sat in his backyard for a long time then i got the deal of the century on it. stop blowing this out of proportion and look at it from a less negative view. i am not the kind of guy who would buy something that was plain out stolen. and yes it REALY was found, i really doubt he would have gone and stole the pile of crap when he has 2 nice jon boats already.
trust me, nobody wanted that boat, it was neglected to say the least. it would be like if somebody stole the stock engine of my golf cart that i have siting in the woods, somebody may find it use full, but i just don't know what to do with it, i want it gone. same thing
but out of respect and maybe the feeling of doing the RIGHT thing? if those 2 dont come into mind then you have a problem.... if its the boat he put the deck on and fixed up that his bad for doing the work beefore it was legally his... thats like me test driving a truck and stopping off at off road shop and jacking it up,tires, programmer.. and not even be able to get the financing... do as you wish you asked for us to help you with info on registering a lost/stolen boat theres no over thinking there!!

I'm the other owner of the boat, im not going to contact the original owner of the boat. that just seems like a bad idea. i know this boat is as good as stolen but there has to be other ways to register it. the person i bought it from is a member of this site (hondabeefast) so maybe he can tell you how he found it.
You say that you are the other owner and you know that the boat is as good as stolen. Thats dealing in stolen property. You could be arrested. Your no better then someone stealing someones quad and you buying it knowing that it is stolen. By purchasing property knowing its probably stolen and not turning a thief or stolen property in, you are part of why people steal. X2 go to DMV find out the details of original vin and go from there... KARMA sucks
