2  General / Open Discussion / Rhino clone!!!!!!!!!!!!! on: April 06, 2008, 12:13:49 AM
has anyone seen the utv-700u from the company named supermach. If you haven't and are wanting to buy a Rhino you should look at them. They are almost identical to them and alot cheaper. The only difference I found was the very front of the grill has 2 headlights on each side instead of one, but everything else is exactly the same just does not have yamaha anywhere on it. When I looked at it and studied it I started doing some research because how they could be the same without Yamaha sueing them for being exact. Well come to find out Yamaha is half owners of "supermach" and uses all yamaha parts just doesn't stamp or have any labels stating it, that way they can sell in the cheaper chinese market and still make money. so when you see those little chinese 4 wheelers that look just like little grizzlies and raptors if they are made by supermach they are yamaha. Anyway the Rhino look alike I was talking about sells between $6900.00-$7200.00 and comes with a winch and a sterio. Trust me I looked this thing over for over 2hours and have owned yamahas my whole life and as soon as I saw it I knew it was yamaha and not some cheap junk. Just thought you like to know!
3  General / Tech Corner / Re: Banshee question on: February 27, 2008, 11:07:23 PM
damn somebodies getting ripped off if they are charging $1000 for cpi's Huh take about 450 bucks off of that! Toomies are a great pipe for mild or even stock bikes there are just a lot better pipes out there now for almost the same money!
4  General / Tech Corner / Re: Banshee question on: February 24, 2008, 04:41:02 PM
cutngrs is the man if you want to go slow or blow up Cheesy Cheesy naw he does know a little bit. Actually if you want the most performance go with shears or cpi they out perform Toomeys all day long. Don't get me wrong they are good but quit pulling on top where the other pipes pull about 1500 rpms higher, but also cpi and shears come on quicker in the powerband alot more mid. It makes a big difference!

i'm still here Wink just haven't been on here in a while since no one has a bike anymore. I'm usually on planet sand now. gonna get back up there once the holidays are over. want to try out a couple of new secrets see if they work Shocked

7  General / Open Discussion / Re: 148 MPH BANSHEE!!! on: November 19, 2007, 09:47:07 PM
why do you think my bike runs the way it does. top secret stuff Shocked Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy lol

seriously though you would have to have a crazy fast bike to even come close to 148 even in the 1/4 and still probably wouldn't get close!

crazy fast is an understatement, let's say it would have to be a gorilla, with a few 1 gallon float bowls to keep the cylinder next and wet.  I haven't been around the asphalt that much, but I don't recall anyone hitting 148 mph in the 1/8th or the 1/4 mile run.  I think the best I have heard is the 130's and that was from some asphalt boys that were posting time on planet sand.  148 mph on a quad is ridiculous.  I got big b@lls, but I am not sure they are that big.  I mean you have to think, we were running high 80's mph at C&R and that is enough to make your @$$ pucker when you let out of the throttle and try to get it stopped.  Lupo, I hear you did very well your first pass on asphalt a few weeks ago (or I heard the slicks really hooked up).  Stay safe and don't let too many of them boyz ride your $hit.

considering I was shaking in my shoes I guess I didn't do too bad! The pass was pretty ugly but still managed a 6.94. I guess that's not too bad for a first pass ever on asphalt. at least I can say I ran in the 6's LOLOL  Cheesy Definately like the dirt more at least with me on the bike. I'll try again though one day, just got to get the nerve up!  only one rides it now other than Tony and if it breaks he's got the money to fix it Wink

you guys are just mad cause your bikes won't run 148mph. I believe him that it will do it especially cause he has those special drag slicks and suspension. just that right there is good for at least extra 50-60 mph. It's a sleeper Wink
10  General / Racing Scene / Re: WARESBORO GA. on: November 07, 2007, 09:14:07 PM
it would be nice but I think it's alittle too late. A lot of guys have sold their bikes due to lack of tracks close by!
11  General / Racing Scene / Re: WARESBORO GA. on: November 06, 2007, 11:20:58 PM
hell no! That's fast as sh*t! did ya get off shaking? I don't even know if I would get on that thing! I told Tony we're gonna have to strap him to the bike when he runs those paddles. Gonna sling him off like a wet noodle! LOLOLOL
12  General / Racing Scene / Re: WARESBORO GA. on: November 06, 2007, 12:36:06 AM
thanks alex, I thought that's what Tony said. That thing is a wild ride huh Cheesy
13  General / Racing Scene / Re: WARESBORO GA. on: November 05, 2007, 08:40:04 PM
I think for now it's 3.70 but don't know for sure Huh
14  General / Racing Scene / Re: WARESBORO GA. on: November 01, 2007, 09:53:52 PM
Travis I will be back up soon! just not this month! looks like everybody is going to have to race in the index class cause I heard that tripple is diggin out now. you guys better put a net at the end of the track so when that bike takes off Tony can jump off into it! LOLOL
15  General / Racing Scene / Re: congrats BANSHEE-BOY on: October 21, 2007, 09:34:57 PM
yeh boy! Tony ran dirt drags last night and ran a 4.01 at 77 mph with his 350. boys kicking ass! he also ran a 6.02 at 108mph  in 1/8 mile on my stock frame 10 mil cub at the wicked event.  Shocked great job Tony, them boys know they don't have anything for us!
16  General / Racing Scene / Re: WHENS THE NEXT WAREBORO RACE on: August 26, 2007, 12:00:07 AM
where in the world are you hearing all this BS from.  I agree with ya though about crazy times out of the blue. the only one that has ever backed up times is Tony. The first record was backed up by about 4 passes and when he broke it again not too long ago he backed it up almost every pass so as far as I'm concerned it's gonna take a hell of pass to get close much less running it a few times
17  General / Racing Scene / Re: New drag racing track in Florida on: July 11, 2007, 10:44:44 PM
another track would be great! got my vote. definately wouldn't be far at all for the Ga boys. I think it would go over good as long as it was a nice facillity not just 2 lanes of dirt. Give the people a reason to want to come back . that is the key. sounds like everything else you guys are doing is going to be real nice so if you did a drag track I'm sure it would be worth coming to Cool
18  General / Racing Scene / Re: WARESBORO BIG RACE on: July 09, 2007, 10:51:14 PM
for some reading this you won't understand unless you were there Cheesy
19  General / Racing Scene / Re: WARESBORO BIG RACE on: July 09, 2007, 10:48:13 PM
more like you had a better reaction time 1.0 on a .400 light!  ::)how you supposed to compete with that Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy. I tried but could only hit .848 maybe next time huh cut!  Cheesy Cheesy next time I'm just going to leave as soon as the stage light comes on LMFAO
20  General / Racing Scene / Re: WARESBORO BIG RACE on: July 09, 2007, 10:52:57 AM
I hear ya, bounce bounce bounce down the track I went! HAHAHA I just wish my dang clutch wasn't starting to lock up and wanting to take off before the lights dropped. Kinda hard to get set to go when your standing on the rear break Cheesy Cheesy I did a couple of good roll outs and didn't even red light LOL. It was great though seeing everyone, maybe next time I'll be more prepared and a little less nervous, had a couple of sketchy finishes that got me spooked. Don't need to pull a Tony Wink some how I think it would hurt a little more! maybe see ya'll next month Cool the bike will definately be ready to roll. Had to sand bag alittle this race to make it look like it isn't that much to worry about! HAHAHA that was a good huh!
21  General / Racing Scene / Re: WARESBORO BIG RACE on: July 03, 2007, 10:34:18 PM

22  General / Racing Scene / Re: WARESBORO BIG RACE on: July 02, 2007, 07:54:28 PM
Don I talked to Troy today and we all might go. We can take my trailer and put all the bikes in and have plenty of room! we just need to make sure it's not going to rain Angry
23  General / Racing Scene / Re: GRUGE RACING AT CRMOTORSPORTS on: November 13, 2006, 09:31:25 AM
Troy man we were looking forward to seeing ya guys. hope ya get better real soon, I know that had to be scarey as hell!

Definately going to be an awesome track when it's all done Grin We were there friday thru sunday and whole park is really cool. Good place to come for the weekend with the drag bikes and the utility bikes. Once the track gets up and running and people see what's going on it's going to be huge. Yeh Jeff, matt seemed to have the fastest bike there for sure but none of others that I saw were running great or really stood out as being really fast even with paddles in the sand. Got alot of tuning issues or just need to be faster. better be ready once the racing starts and the fast bikes come down or there's gonna be some upset people cause they're not winning Wink Shocked but all in all was a good turn out for tnt Smiley
24  General / Racing Scene / Re: GRUGE RACING AT CRMOTORSPORTS on: November 07, 2006, 01:29:55 PM

Smoke, tell me how the track surface feels when you get bucked off! HEHEHEHE should bring back old memories Wink talking about being ready to roll Tongue Kiss
