1  General / Where to Ride? / Re: Compound in Palm Bay on: November 30, 2005, 07:10:19 PM
BCC is located directly behind the Palm Bay campus... Easiest way to get there, is off Community College Pkwy... If you travel north or south on Babcock over the I-95 overpass and look to the west, you will see the lake and riding areas near it... You'll probably see some people out there riding..  From Babcock, travel west on Comm College Pkwy, and from San Fillipo, travel east on Comm College Pkwy... Parking areas are on both sides of the road.... Pretty dry out there right now, so you can probably get your vehicle all the way out to the lake (large pond)!!!

It's not very big, but there is a mix of everything... there are mud holes, trailes, and a couple of make-shift jumps...
2  General / Where to Ride? / Re: Compound in Palm Bay on: November 27, 2005, 07:21:57 PM
well, we went out there... What a joke!!!  Palm bay has destroyed one of the better area's to ride... they have leveled every jump and the trails arent that good anymore...

guess we wont be going there anymore..   I hate to say it, but we went out to BCC lakes and had a blast!!!

very dry out there right now... almost too dry!!!

happy riding

If anyone's bored...  there's a couple of us going out to the Compound to play around for awhile... That is, until we get our butts trespassed!!!!

Just kidding, all of us have get out of jail cards in our wallets... wink wink

We will be out there after 1pm
4  General / Open Discussion / Re: FREESTYLE TRYOUT on: November 17, 2005, 08:52:31 AM
i'll be out there all day monday... Hopefully there'll be someone out there!!!  Even if i cant get out there to play, would be cool to just sit and watch the pro's!!!

By the way, i've seen y'all at County line...  I used to work there back in the day, and it's still my stompin ground...

5  General / Open Discussion / Re: FREESTYLE TRYOUT on: November 16, 2005, 07:29:20 PM
What kinda tryout is this???   the only air time i've had was about 30 ft... Well, the 30ft was the distance away from the ramp where my back tires landed.... and that was only about 5 feet off the ground during the hang time... It was a cheesy makeshift table-top at my local riding spot... pretty weak compared to the jumps i saw out at the camp...

I was just wondering how to get out there to play around, start off slow and just putt around some of jumps to get comfortable...  I am a property owner out there and will be going more often during this fall/winter season... Actually, i'll be out there this coming Monday!!!

like he said...  yes, anything over 50cc operated on a state, county, or municipal roadway must be operated by someone with a drivers license with a motorcycle endorsement, or motorcycle only license...  if it is 50cc or under on the roadways, you still must have a valid drivers license...

11  General / Where to Ride? / Re: Big 5A ride. on: October 05, 2005, 12:21:17 AM
Never been...  Is it all flat with water holes for playing in the mud... or are there any areas where sport quads can play too??
12  General / Photo Gallery & Videos / Re: big boy toys on: October 04, 2005, 09:40:12 PM
well, i've done my research and checked all the 2004 Suzuki SV650s that are being sold with the approximate mileage that mine has, and i'm thinking     $4500

never been dumped, break in period by the book, Runs perfect... I only opended it up once down a back country road... Got up to 138 and I chickened out. lol...

Honestly, I did knock it over once, but it did not sustain any body damage... Just a couple of almost invisible scratches on the left mirror... Also, the left front blinker housing was cracked during my Retard moment!!!

If you or anyone else is thinking about buying the bike, I still make payments on the bike, but it is in the process of being payed off... Until then, the bank holds the title... If you or anyone purchases the bike before it's payed off, I WILL get the title and hand deliver it if I have to... I know trust would be a big issue with that, so I will give you or whoever all my contact information, including work telephone number and location... I am a Police officer and if I were to screw anyone over, I could lose my job... Just trying to start the trust/honesty process as we speak...

If this sounds reasonable, and if anyone would like to come see the bike, get ahold of me on here and i'll get you my number...

Thanks,

Scott...     no AKA yet!!!  lol

Actually, I dont even ride it anymore... I am looking to sell it... It only has like 3000 miles on it and it was bought brand new in 2004...

but when I was riding it, I had a blast..   It was the first motorcyle i've ever owned, so I dont really know all the pros/cons...  Top speed that i've seen is 138mph

if you go south on babcock and over the I-95 overpass, and look to the right, you will see some trails and a small lake...  i've seen lots of trucks, quads, and dirtbikes out there playing... I've never been there myself, but plan on going to check it out... Dont know if it's posted or not so be cautious of Palm Bay PD, they got quads now to patrol!!! If you go before I do, let me know how it is???
