does anyone ride in this area. quad, buggy, airboat? (area 3a)
NEED TO KNOW if there has been any re-construction to camp 23 after that last nasty huricane that walked through the glades. i know the camp lost most of it's roof.
i live in chicago, Il now, but am a founding member of the camp, and would like to know.
HELP PLEASE.
thanks

the fee is for hazardous material shipping. (powder / primers.) ammo should not be boosted.
the rest of the places suggested are good....don't forget your local gun shop. let's keep the real gun guys in business.
okay...i'm done.

life is too short to ride(and fix) a cheap quad...save or buy used.
p.s. the thought that you kids won't like it! what? is you drunk?
seriously, good luck what ever you do and be safe, then they'll love it.

for those with arctic cat 2005 500's. supertrapp has come out with a slip on exhaust. they seem to have kept it pretty quiet and given some low end to the bike. 'bout time, are we the ignored red headed step children or what? (save the wise comments for someone else's post)

i put itp 589's on my rig. wanted the same thing...good mud and no death by bumpy ride on trails. itp 589's are a little heavier than the mug bugs, but i was willing to trade that for the rim edge/bead protector on the 589's. i've been very happy. good luck.

General / Tech Corner / Re: Synthetic Oil

synthetic is the way to go in winter (chicago, il) the flow is the same hot or cold, old or new. if you run your engine oil for a while between changes, it does not break down as fast and protects better. i'm thinking of using reg oil in summer since i change it after every ride. reg oil never has a chance to get bad and is certainly cheaper. synthitic oil is very detergent-cleans well. that is why you should not change to it in an old engine. it may remove the goo keepin' it together. tell me what you guys think about the summer oil thing.

yeah! that's the most hard core, smack you in the face, idea i've seen in a while. good that it has worked for you. i guess i'm a wuss, can't go there. i'll stick to flushing with cheap oil and filters for clean outs. man, i gotta say it again, that is mean. how did you think of that, and how many beers before you dicided to try it for the first time? nothin but love for ya'...
