I agree that alot of the newer country out is a bunch of crap, but there is a guy out now that is real good name Ray Scott that if you like the older sounding country this is the guy to get.

Does anybody know anything about the track that they will be holding the WPSA race at later this month. Is there already a track there or are they building a track just for this race?

This is an email I got, sounds like a solid plan to me.

LETS TAKE CONTROL OF GAS PRICES!!!!
Body: This makes MUCH MORE SENSE than the "don't buy gas on a certain day"
campaign that was going around last April or May! The oil companies
just laughed at
that because they knew we wouldn't continue to "hurt" ourselves by
refusing
to buy gas. It was more of an inconvenience to us than it was a
problem for
them.

BUT, whoever thought of this idea, has come up with a plan that can
really
work. Please read on and join with us! By now you're probably thinking

gasoline priced at about $1.50 is super cheap. Me too! It is currently
$2.79 for
regular unleaded in my town. Now that the oil companies and the OPEC
nations
have conditioned us to think that the cost of a gallon of gas is CHEAP
at $1.50
- $1.75, we need to take aggressive action to teach them that BUYERS
control
the
marketplace..... not sellers. With the price of gasoline going up more
each
day, we consumers need to take action. The only way we are going to
see the
price of gas come down is if we hit someone in the pocketbook by not
purchasing their gas! And, we can do that WITHOUT hurting ourselves.
How? Since we all
rely on our cars, we can't just stop buying gas. But we CAN have an
impact
on gas prices if we all act together to force a price war.

Here's the idea:

For the rest of this year, DON'T purchase ANY gasoline from the two
biggest
companies (which now are one), EXXON and MOBIL. If they are not
selling any
gas, they will be inclined to reduce their prices. If they reduce
their
prices, the other companies will have to follow suit.

But to have an impact, we need to reach literally millions of Exxon
and
Mobil gas buyers. It's really simple to do! Now, don't wimp out at
this point....
keep reading and I'll explain how simple it is to reach millions of
people.

I am sending this note to 30 people. If each of us sends it to at
least ten
more (30 x 10 =3D 300) ... and those 300 send it to at least ten more
(300 x
10 =3D 3,000)...and so on, by the time the message reaches the sixth
group of
people, we will have reached over THREE MILLION consumers. If those
three
million get excited and pass this on to ten friends each, then 30
million
people will have been contacted! If it goes one level further, you
guessed it.....
THREE
>>>>HUNDRED MILLION >>>>PEOPLE!!!

Again, all you have to do is send this to 10 people. That's all.

How long would all that take? If each of us sends this e-mail out to
ten
more people within one day of receipt, all 300 MILLION people could
conceivably
be contacted within the next 8 days!!!

I'll bet you didn't think you and I had that much potential, did you?

Acting together we can make a difference. If this makes sense to you,
please
pass this message on. I suggest that we not buy from EXXON/MOBIL UNTIL
THEY
LOWER THEIR PRICES TO THE $1.50 RANGE AT LEAST, AND KEEP THEM THERE.

How is FTR not friendly to quads when they went out of there way last year to get more classes for the quad then again this year brought even more classes for everyone to ride. Also the Mx chairman is a quad rider and the mx referee has both of his sons that race quads so i think its pretty stupid to say that they are not quad friendly or they don't care. The trophies you get with the dirtbikes on them at the track are given to you by "the track" ftr has nothing to do with the trophies. If you ride the series and place well enough to get a trophy at the end of the ftr series you will get a trophy with a quad on it. Anyways I would also ride in a quad series as well if one were to come up.

Does anyone know if Sandmountain is going to have practice this coming Sunday on there motocross track.

Well its two more days until everyone sees the tru bucs team when Miami comes in and runs all over them.  Oh wait I think everyone saw that last week when 42 year old Vinny put a veteran(or are they called something else when their that old)woopin on them, even though I HATE the jets I loved seeing them put a woopin on the Bucs. And i know the jets also beat the dolphins but a Chad pennington lead jets team beat the dolphins not an old crippled Vinny T. team. Cant wait to see that Ronnie & Ricky backfield just run all over this so called #1 defense.  Ya'll might have the caddy but with ricky and ronnie we have the f350 powerstroke lifted up of 44's.

Dont worry about the db levels this year theyre not going to do anything about it at least at the motocross events.  Show up and race we need to get a big turnout for the quads there are plenty of classes now and we need to fill them up. 

Thanks for the info, I guess were just going to buy the tickets on saturday when we get there, hopefully they arent sold out since were driving 2.5hrs.  So from what I hear they are going to build a track at Disney Wide World of Sports Complex or are they racing at bithilo or something.

Is anyone going to watch the quad races this coming weekend, and if so where did you get the tickets from.  I tried ticketmaster but it says your not able to buy them there after June 26th so is there anywhere else to buy them from. Thanks for the info.

I think there will be an A class this year, but they wont pay out any money.  We deffinetly need an A class.

You deff. want to do all your cardio after lifting weights, b/c when you lift weight you burn up the carbohydrates in your system, so then when you do your cardio your burning fat.  Also you won't be able to gain alot of muscle and loose weight at the same time because when your trying to loose weight you want to try and burn maybe 500-700 calories a day more than your taking in, and the will be about 1-2 pounds of actual weight loss a week which is the healthiest way to loose weight.  Then when you get to your ideal weight start taking in more calories a day to gain muscle.  And try protein shakes,  i make mine with 1 cup frozen strawberrys, 1 bannana, 4-5 ice cubs, 1 scoop whey protein, and milk/water/juice, and it tastes great.

Elka recommends mounting the res. to the front of the bike on the frame if possible so that it cools better, I have a yamaha though so i dont know if you can do it on the honda or not.  Nice bike tho.

Has anyone rode one the supercross track at Seminole Tribe yet? If so how is it?  Also how is their main track?
