Hey Rob I'm thinkin if you leave the current set up on the bracket and rivet the holes around it, it should hold up now.  If not I was thinking you should get a piece of hose, slice it in half and redo the patch job we did then go and rivet the rest.  It should hold.  Anyway just thinkin out loud.  Lookin forward to the next run. Nice, nice, nothin' wrong with havin H power, I need to find a 250 ex for my boys.  For now my 01 400 will do.  Found out this past weekend ridin with Dreth that Honda has a well built frame.  Anyway good luck with it.

That sucks Rob, how long did you have it?  Yes Best Buy gives extensions (insurance) on the digitals.  Don't get rid of the one you have .....had.......  :-/ , the same thing happened to mine and I ended up taking it apart and ultimately fixin' it.  "We can rebuild it."  Had to buy a part but it was only about $30 bucks.  Anyway let me know.
