all  they  Have  to  do  is  search  the  Property  Appraisers  office  if  your  name  is  on  the Deed   your  good  to  go !!!!

RANCHO  is  closed   POLK  County  Sheriffs  deputies   had  it  fenced  off   said if  anyone  gets  caught  out there  they  will  arrest   them 

They  were  giving  warnings  and telling  people  to  leave   had   some  buddies  that  went  out  there  and  were told  to  leave

there  was  a big  articl  in  the lakeland  ledger about  2 weeks  ago  about  rancho  .Its  owned  by  mostly  people  from  puerto  rico  or  northerners that  bought it  back  in  the  70s  since  there  are no  roads  its considered agricultural  and they  cant  build  . Since its not  posted   they  cant do  nothing  to  you  unless  you  are  doing illegal  stuff  or  have  a  warrant  .I ve  been  out  there  and  talked  to  Polk  county  sheriffs  and  all  they  are  doing  is making  sure  nothing  bad is  going on

Ok  I  just  spent  way  to long  on  a  Sat  nite reading  all  this   Now  Iam  a  land owner  out  a  Suburban Estates   and  the  SEPOA  has  been  talking  about  this  on  our board   Suburbanestates.net I  came   over  here   cto  seee  what  yall  are  saying  and  it  pretty much  all  the  same   but  you  guys  have  a  lot  more  activity. What  is  the  time  frame  on  this  do  we  have  a  chance in  hell  or  are  they
just   gonna  use  smoke  and  mirrors  and  screw  us all  ?  I  cant  see  them  buying  up  all  the  land  from  192 and  441   all  the  way  to  lake  okeechobee  then  what bulldoze  all  the   little  communities   all  on  the  way ?Please  dont  cuss  me  and   but  rather  educate  me  How  are  they  gonna  do  this  SE is a  little  differnt  than  RR   as  we built  camps  on  our  property   but  I  still  am  lost

Aside from the trucks I buy, I'm not brand-loyal.  I buy what I believe is quality and suits my needs.  Plus, I can't ever seem to pass up a good deal.

For whatever it's worth, we took a trip to Taylor Park in Colorado this past summer (which was absolutely amazing) and the first thing you notice when you get there is that Polaris absolutely OWNS the Colorado market by no less than 2-1 over any other brand.  Honda was next, Suzuki was non-existent.  Trust me when I say the riding out there is tougher than anything we see here; rocks, grades, altitude, rocks, sand, water crossings, bigger rocks.

I  was  on  youtube  and  there  are some  guys  floating  their  polaris  s  and  I  dont  seee  A Prob 
the dealer  is  here in  town  and  is  willing  to  toss  in  a  winch  no  dealer  fees  and such 
the  polaris  is  looking better and  better
