To the previous poster. That is the whole issue. If someone saw a weapon being made, or something other that was highly illegal a court order would have been authorized. Or had some type of illegal activity occured within the officer's view then he could legally enter. What that woman did was BS. That's why I have a fence, and large dogs. My No Trespassing sign is on my gate. If you enter uninvited, and illegally I feel sorry for you.

Another thing that kills me is we kept running into another small group while we were out there. 2 adults, and 3 kids. All on individual ATV's. Seemed like everytime we came upon this smaller group someone was stuck, and needed help. We probably helped 3 times total. They happened to be at the spot where the Sammy got stuck. The two adults came and hooked up. The one guy's low range was blown out, and his bike was almost dead. He STILL came and hooked up. My "friend" was the only person to just be sitting there while EVERYONE else helped.

We gave the guy in the Samurai a hard time. It wasn't straight into recovery mode. Eventually we did need to do something about it though. That's when my buddy on the BF just sat there. I mean come on. We had women pushing, and he sat there. How can you feel like a man just sitting there. I don't get it.

I'm curious as to how some of you would react to a situation I encountered today while out riding.
We had a decent sized group of riders who were with us today. Mostly ATV's, and one Samurai. We managed to find some mud, and a bunch of us got stuck. The Samurai driver was there each time to be the heavyweight for pulling us out. Happened multiple times. He had no problem hooking up, and pulling each bike out. At one point I got really stuck and he needed to snatch me several times. Did it with a smile.
At one point we're sitting there, and the Samurai decides to try his luck in a large hole. Ended up getting REALLY stuck. Keep in mind there's only ATV's with our group. Probably 10 in total. What would you do? You know you can't pull him out on your own, and you risk breaking your bike to get him out.
Reason why I ask, is I have a friend with a large Kawi BF750. Lifted, 29.5's, clutch, pipe, etc. He refuses to help people when they get stuck. His excuse is always he fears breaking his own bike while helping. Myself on the other hand I'll help get anyone unstuck. Especially if they're in my group and helping me out. I've broken my bike before helping people get unstuck, and I'm sure it'll happen again. I just feel compelled to help. Especially when someone who enjoys the same past time as I, needs help
We ended up daisychaining 4 bikes together, and had about 5 people push. We got him unstuck. My friend didn't do squat. Another friend's mom actually got in behind and pushed as well as the Samurai driver's hot girlfriend. My buddy just sat there and watched. It really rubbed me the wrong way.

Is there any place left to ride legally around here? Every spot I knew of has been shut down. I'd like to do some riding but the group I usually ride with aren't going this weekend. Anyone know of any spots?

We own property out there. It's a BLAST. We camped out there for New Years. There was plenty of water. No matter how dry out it is, I can show you places you're not making it through without a winch.

You sure you want to be wheeling/bogging your daily? Especially if you're a cash strapped student. Might want to just go with something mild until you have the means to go bigger, or fix stuff. I won't race/bog/wheel my daily. I learned the hard way. Bumming rides stinks. lol

I figured this would be a good place to post this. If it's not I apologize. Anywho, I'm 28, and live in Vero Beach. Currently my buddy and I are the extent of our riding group. We ride almost every Saturday. He owns property out in Suburban Estates (Holopaw). I'm looking for some more people to ride with. We both have modded BF 750's. I'd prefer more mature people (don't like baby sittin). So who's around Vero, and rides a lot? lol
Might want to re-think what your getting yourself into This is the reasons the keys were changed Please don't get me started on the changing of the keys. My family has owned out there for over 20 years. Within the past year our campsite was burned to the ground. I attempted to post something on the webpage about it. They banned me from posting. In short F the owner's association. There's a bunch of drunk bumpkins out there who think they own the entire place. Last time we camped a few stumbled up to our camp trying to be tough guys and make sure we were "owners". After we explained yes, their attitudes completely changed. Heck the one guy almost stumbled into the fire. They were rambling about this guy and that, we ended up ignoring them and they left. If I want to take a group of friends out there to ride that's my right. I'm a 3rd generation owner. That's a lot more than most can say. I'm not offering to GIVE anyone a key. I will however use my key to ride with a group anytime I feel fit. Sorry for the rant, I'm just tired of the attitudes of people out there. Because I'm younger I'm automatically trespassing? Seems like the majority of people don't even wave back anymore.

Wow, glad to see the warm response. This coming weekend I'm headed up to Lake Butler to ride. My dad lives up that way, and he's been begging me to come check out the riding. The following weekend I'm sure we'll be headed back out to Holopaw. If anyone wants to meet up let me know. Like I said, I'm always up for making new riding buddies. I won't hold it against ya for riding a sport quad, I used to have a raptor 660. I wanted something that was actually fast so I got my BF 750 . Most of the time we trail ride, but we've been know to end up in the mud. This past weekend we got stuck in a baaaaad way. Most of Holopaw is dried up, but if you hit the swamp near the lake you better be ready to get dirty! Look forward to meeting you all.

I would think 4x4 trucks can make it in. We pulled a suzuki samarai out of the mud and he followed my buddies back to where we parked to get gas. Then he proceeded to go back in the mud (same hole) and get stuck again.

What do you mean make it through? We all parked on the old store's slab this past weekend. The gravel piles were there, but that was just an added bonus to ride on. lol

Be QUIET man.
Huh? Scottsmore is directly off I-95. It's above Titusville. 1 exit North of Sanford, Mims. The exit is for Scottsmore. You get off the exit and go west. There will be trucks parked all along the sides of the road. We rode 30 miles out there on Saturday.
