I know it is a Florida conversation but someone did bring up the SEC championship game and the last time I checked Alabama is playing in that game. Also for your information I was born in Ala. have a brother that played football in Ala. have been a Bama fan longer than you have been on this earth through thick and thin. And yes UF might beat them in the SEC champ game but you and all of the rest of the nation had better watch out as next year was to be our year not this year.

 I have not had a chance to ride or be on this site for a long time and saw this. I have just talked to my son and we are going to try and make this ride. We talked about camping and staying the week end but think it is to hot. We will come over and check things out (riding and camping) on the 25th. Paul S. I have never been to Big Scrub, what are the campsites like? I like to tent camp so I am wondering do the sites have any trees for shade, fire pits for a camp fire. Let me know what they are like.

I have a good frind that is on his 2ed, 4 door, V8 Explorer and he has had no problems. He loves them. With trailer pulling package will pull real good.

I am going to try and make this on. Have not been able to ride much lately. If I do make it it will be me and my son. We are planing on camping at the Suwannee River Music Park on Friday nite and rideing on Sat. Then head back home on Sun. Should be a nice place to camp as they have some things going on at the camp ground. We do the tent thing so will be in the primitave aera back behind the lake. Two large tents with 4X4 Black Ford F150 and a White Expadition. You can not ride ATV's, take them off of the trailer or even start them but we have camped there before and really enjoy it.

Sure do hope to make this ride.

Does anybody know of a campground where i can use my motorhome that is fairly close.

Not real sure how close to the Jasper rideing aera it is but the Suwannee River Campground i sreal nice and I am thinking about staying there and then go ride.

Does anybody know how to get there from the Suwannee River Camp Ground. I am thinking about going camping at the Suwannee River Camp Ground on 11/11 till 11/13 and was thinking about trying to ride Jasper that weekend while we were camped. It would be alot closer than coming from Orange Park.

About 60 inches, I believe.

60 in. is not very wide to pass when you meet some one head on. If the trails are not one-way then when you meet someone one of them will have to make a new trail to get past and that is something that the rangers fuss about. I for one hope they will do one-way trail system.

I was thinking that I had heard that the trails were going to be one-way. And if they are I like that idea as it is also a fear of mine running head on into some one on a blind turn.

Does anybody know if the trail system applies to the hunters, or will they be able to ride anywhere that hunting is allowed? If they can go anywhere they want on ATV to hunt then that does not seem right.

Rodman has a campground but you can't ride your atvs to the trails. I think you can camp their as long as atvs stay on the trailer. NOT SURE THOUGH.

You are right about the Rodman Camp Ground. It is very nice but no cabins.

My son and I are going to try and make it out there. If I can make it I hope to be there sometime around 12:00 (1200). Will be looking out for you guys if we do make it out. We will most likely be in a '05 F150 4X4 Black, will have a Warrior and a Blaster, will just have to see how it goes at work Sat morning.
