Grizz  Can you still park by the power lines by Big Scrub?
2  General / Open Discussion / Re: Rodman dam ride? on: February 21, 2007, 08:37:06 PM
You can still park at Rodman Dam and jump on the Yellow trail there and that's all legal.
You just cannot ride in the "PIT" area.  The Yellow trail goes around the northeast corner
of the PIT.  I hate it but it's true.

Thanks

6  General / Where to Ride? / Re: Powerlines - SpringHill; Brooksville on: February 20, 2007, 07:26:40 PM
the main reason for your loss of riding areas is development and ridiculous lawsuits. you will lose your riding areas we have lost everything in jacksonville and st johns due to money hungry developers.

Why would you say something childish like this Its their land and your mad because they want to develop it and make money? You riding on some else land and you complain?
7  General / Open Discussion / Re: Rodman dam ride? on: February 20, 2007, 07:16:29 PM
Ocala group rides are a thing of the past Sad. No place to get together and then no place to ride.

Matt, what about Eureka? is that closed too??
People are still riding at Eureka but legal access from Eureka to the trail system is blocked off.

Why is that only legal access to the trail system at trailheads only?

9  General / Where to Ride? / Street Riding Legal Oct 1st Please read on: August 20, 2006, 12:28:40 PM
This the second time this has been in the newspaper. Oct 1st riding on public streets is legal as long as its dirt and the speed limit is under 35mph. Individual counties can opt out like Hernando says they will but Pasco sheriff says he doesn't have a problem with it.

Please CLICK HERE TO READ.   Thumbs Up

Anyone else see this before??

The last I read about it ,it was going to close for hunting season.
They will do a study and see if all atv's followed the rules and didn't tear things up or go off the trails.
They said they would annouce in the spring if its going to open again,  Jerry

Don't get me wrong the atv was great for the price.
My only complaint was lack of communication and slow delivery

Nothing wrong with ATV  Jerry
23  General / Open Discussion / Re: Any Success with Extreme Motor Sales on: July 15, 2005, 04:32:11 PM
I bought from them last xmas,
Had similar problems
Did you leave message for Hiedi she is the owner.
They a shop in Apopka I'll find you the address if you want.
Only about 4 weeks late for a xmas present for my daughter, was supposed to arrive around Thanksgiving and it didnt arrive until the day before Christmas. I tried to be nice to them when they signed on here but it looks like they havnt changed the way they do business.
Keep calling and yelling they will sometimes answer the phone but you have to call during the day only(hide your number, or use pay phone)
Dont waste you time emailing them,I only did it for a trail to prove I tried to contact them,  I believe you will get what you order from them just slow  Jerry

Does anyone that has a deed in RR have title insurance?  I don't know a lot about real estate, but I do know that when I bought my house, I had to pay for title insurance.  This assures me I have a clean title, and if there is a problem the title insurance will kick in.  If I buy property in RR, I disagreeumption would be that I'm paying for a place to play and that at some time the state could come in and take over, and seeing as I don't really know if I own anything, I'm not entitled to any compensation.  Thoughts anyone?

backinsaddle

I think that is why almost everyone on here bought into RR.
Dont to really own anything just a place to have fun,Some one should start a poll and I think you will see that is the answer.
Nobody really gives a crap about who owns what just a place in this great state to have fun,
This guy starts this s**t all the time Jerry

I MYSELF AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS OF BUYING INTO RIVER RANCH
