Any pictures available? Is this a Sport or Utility quad area? Mud? Water?
We do have a few on a face book page.we will get alot more this weekend and put on a web site.we took alot last week and something happened to memory card so they were lost.We want it to be for both, there are some fields that we are going to develop more track/course's at .Lots of mud , water, trails, canal's, swamp, mud pits, mud holes. We want to do every thing atv/utv.If things go good we will be adding more land to the park.

what are the trails like when will it be opened and directions coming from broward very interested thanx there is a good mix of trails for all kinds of riding, dry, muddy, canals, swamp ,ponds, mud pitts, tracks. Our first ride is March 4 at 4pm till march 6 at 6pm Just take I-95 north and get off at state road 44,go west about 5 miles look for signs and banners. Come early for door prizes friday and pick out your favorite place to camp.If for some reason you don't like to camp there is a Howard Johnson motel just a few miles away.Saturday morning there will be a treasure hunt(there will be shirts hats cups etc out on the trail, just pick it up and its yours.

Where is the property located? It sounds like you are catering to sport quads and not just the mudders.
about 5 miles west of I-95 on state road 44 across the road from the Volusia gun club. There are areas for sport quads, but are miles of trails and alot of mud pits and trails.the track I talked about is ablast. We road it for hours last weekend.700 Suzuki with 27'' tires,660 rhino,800 razor,500 Polaris scrambler 4x4,sportsman 500 4x4,450 Honda 4x4.Now that I think about it all were 4x4.But it would had been fun on my 500 predator too.The other course is an atv, utv challenge course that has many obstacles to go over and through
