If it is out of warranty then dive in, take the cover off see what is behind door #1 and apply the required repair, whether it is a gasket or and O-ring behind the cover.

Ill bring it up monday Title: Re: Tech question on a raptor 350 Post by: 2Raptors on March 24, 2005, 04:05:15 PM That's the cover for the the exhause valve. Maybe just a bad seal with the o-ring. It's only 3 allen head bolts to take it off and check the seal.
