And if so, what if you do not have one?? Thanks New state law requires a certificate of title atv / dirt bikes in order to in order to operate in state owned land. They track the vin #'s on a stolen list & if your vin matches, they will come to get you at the address on your license. They really dont require a "TITLE" or MSO cert.
