Fron what i understand even owning land will no save you from harasment, if the cops are there they are going to ask you to leave. You take your chance anywhere that's not designated by the state or that you own personely your self or recreational property like river ranch. Just ride and take your chances screw it.

The Prairie is CLOSED to the general public. You HAVE to own land or be with an land owner to ride on their property. "When" not "IF" you're stopped you must prove you are a land owner or you will be escorted out, and if you give them a hard time your bikes will be impounded.
