"Live Bombs Dropped On Ocala National Forest" People in Marion and Lake counties were treated to some big booms Monday that had nothing to do with the weather. The U.S. Navy dropped live bombs at the Pinecastle bombing range in the Ocala National Forest, WESH NewsChannel 2 reported. The explosions were scheduled to last through 8 p.m. Monday. The drills will continue all week long. |
