Title: Nerf bars AC or DG or? Post by: CAPT69 on December 08, 2005, 09:47:14 PM I'm looking to get nerfs for my 450r, I had DG on my Banshee 17 years ago. Now there is so many other choices. Any help please ::)

The fit on the parts sucked. You had to bend, push and pry to get everything to line up. I bought DG skids, and they were very nice.

I had them for about a month and I just took them off and got a set of AC and they were a great fit and finish. I asked for some AC nerfs for christmas for my Raptor 660.

Every thing lined up like it was suppose to and fit like a glove only took about 30 minutes to install. Now threading the webing took my wife over and hour ;D.

Title: Re: Nerf bars AC or DG or? Post by: apkkfx400 on February 23, 2006, 10:28:45 AM I've had the DG fat series on my Z400-they were an easy install, look good and have had no problems. Recommend whatever line you go with put thread locker (red type) on the bolts that go to the frame.

Post by: DZ 350 on March 01, 2006, 07:40:53 PM i have heard AC is great and blingstar are great and never buy D.G's my dads friend told me they suck and they will bend, and the AC's or blingstar will have a hard time trying to bend so what i say is go with AC or the Blingstar!
