it is to early to tell if the kodiak pipe would fit. We haven't done any tests yet and I'm sure it won't be long before we get the 06' in and check it out. Keep posted for updates.
Mike/HMF.

The '06 Wolverine is one of the new bikes that we are scheduled to have in R&D soon. We will let you know on the forum when a new system is available.
Dan/HMF

thats from Dan and Mike from HMF, keep an eye out at http://hmfengineering.com/forums/index.php? also, if you join their forum you get $20 off your pipe purchase from them.

you can buy the GYTR pipe from Yamaha for now. Talked to Mike at HMF and he said its in R&D and should hopefully be out soon.

HMF!! definitaly get the hmf it has great lowend torque and mid-range torque! also a great sounding pipe and over all  the best performance from a slip on.and if u re-jet u can gain at least 4-5hp. and the best bang for the buck!!

I don't know about the 06 wolverine but PM Seebeejim.  His nephew has a 2000 they just put an HMF on and they said it screams.  I know it's a different engine than the new one but he may have info.  Also, as far as jetting....I know on the older wolverines you can adjust the quad and get as much out of it performance wise as you could by jetting it.

I am getting ready to do alot of work to mine to get it ready to race.  I was going to go w/ the HMF QRS and the db level is too high for the new FTR regulations.  I think I might try to find a stock sport quad pipe that someone has laying around and save myself the money for more engine work.

There use to be a wolverine forum on atvconnection.com.  I can't seem to get it to work though to do some reading before upgrading mine.  Not many ppl have the new wolverine and they aren't a common quad so it's hard to get feedback on what's best for them.

how are the performance gains and sound? also, do you have taper bars or just put the pad on it?
EDIT:: just realize there is no place to put the pad on stock handlebars, lol. how are the aftermarket bars?

well actualy, they hit the plastics when u turn all the way, i find it anoying, but there comfortable, need to get some kindof taller clamps or sumthin, the pipe, the power gains honestly were not amazing, but its just a slip on and he still has the stock filter, still decent power gains tho, souns great too...
