Title: HOW TO BUY A USED TRAILER Post by: donnie_darko on April 01, 2005, 05:45:11 PM I have a question... looking to buy a used trailer. if i am paying cash is the seller going to give me a bill of sale? do anyone know how this process should work? or should i just get a new one????

Than you take the title to the tag office and you will have to pay a tax on the price you paid for the trailer, and transfer it over to your name.
