My brothers truck has 45 PSI though and hes stock.

You can buy tanks (not the army vehical) up to 4500psi. Of course, you cant use all 4500psi...safely. But, if you fill the tank up, and hit the regulator with a hammer, I can gaurentee that you will have a 300dollar rocket.
