Resize photo to 640 x 480 and compress jpg to 1 or 2, has to be under 74.0 k
I don't think u can post an advertisement on this site but if u can get the pic into paint and then go to sketch and skew. From there make it like 60% or so for both sizes. Then save it and go to the browse bar and open up the pic. Don't feel bad took me 3 months to figure it out. There are immage resizers but this way is simple and quick.
