Title: River Ranch info Post by: cain73 on September 18, 2005, 08:55:12 PM I have never been to River Ranch, but like the idea of having a place designated for recreational use for deed holders. I have seen ads on ebay for a lot of money, but have heard you can get them much cheaper if you check at River Ranch or know someone that is a deed holder that can hook you up with another owner that wants to sale. What is a reasonable price for a place in R.R. ? And does anyone know where I can buy in for a decent price?

We do have cheaper parcels available. River Ranch encompasses aprox 111 sections within SE Polk County and only 6 of those sections make up the camping area. That would make it like a day use area only ? No. Right now campsites are not being distributed anyway about it. There is only temporary camping. The camping sections are just closer to the entrance, tend to be a bit higher evelated than some of the other property and that makes the property a bit better than the other 85% of the property that is located miles out into River Ranch. It is a bit tricky to fully understand how River ranch works and it can be better explained in verbal converstaion. I do not mean to confuse you and fell free to contact us.
