Title: Re: Air Filter Question Post by: Chuck_Norris on September 14, 2005, 10:32:34 PM IF it is a foam style filter the oil residue in most cases is impregnated to trap the dust in the filter. clean it until the largest particle of dirts will roll out of it will mild soap and water
Title: Re: Air Filter Question Post by: Pat on September 15, 2005, 07:26:47 AM Its just the stock YFZ filter...washed it with soap and water but it was still pretty sticky when I was finished...but no more dirt particles. With my old KX250 I would have been satisfied with this but I'm trying to take a bit better care of my new bike.
