Title: Google Earth & Katrina Post by: RL400 on September 12, 2005, 04:03:23 PM Google Earth (http://earth.google.com/), only the coolest program ever made (but sadly no Mac OS X version yet), has released high res color Katrina damage pictures. They're pretty cool because you can click them on and off and you can see the difference... Its really bad. :'(
They can be downloaded by clicking here (http://services.google.com/earth/kmz/noaa-tileset.kmz) heres just a sample, (http://x4.putfile.com/9/25415023894.gif) Looks like that bridge or whatever just disappears in the water.... rl.
