Title: driving in 4x4

my bother seems to think that you can drive a 4wd vechile in 4wd constaly without any harm to 4wd componets. on the other hand i think that you drive in 2wd until 4wd is needed.

please help me and my brother selt are arugment saftly.

What type of vehicle? High or low 4wd?

only when needed in the buggy or uncles truck but on the bikes i cant switch so im always in 4x4 but if i could switch i would only use it if needed

well mostly atvs and big trucks i thought it was bad for the front axle but i might be wrong.  and yes with hi/low select.

anything mechanical is going to break, it is just a matter of when. I used 4X4 as I need it. If It breaks then I'll fix it.

i dont think it will hurt ir by keeping it in 4x4 thats whats its made for i only think it will hurt it if you use 4x4 at high speed's
