Title: Re: small engine Post by: dirty1 on September 01, 2005, 06:24:16 PM thats not a question that can just be answered like that. you would need to know what axles your going to use, what size tires your going to use, what gear ratio the axles will have. then you can figure ouyt what horsepower would be needed. 30-65 horse power wouldnt turn very big tires. usually when you have a low horse power engine like a four cylinder, you'll have a very low gear ratio to help turn the tires...

Title: Re: small engine Post by: stump66 on September 01, 2005, 09:16:31 PM If you were able to find one the isuzu npr 4cyl turbo I had in my snap-on truck kicked a$$ and got good milage, gobbbs of torque. Not too much to do as far as computer stuff either. Almost any inline 6 has allot of torque, the jeep 4.0 kicks and you can get all kind of adapter plates for the trans.
