just currious about top speed just put wat type of bike and top speed. and mods if any

bike:  05 raptor 350
top speed: 56.8mph
mods: intake filter jet kit no lid and no spark arrester

speed found on a rino 110 GPS

well, at the time I did a speed run, I was on asphalt with stock gearing and a tire that is the same size as stock when I hit the rev-limiter.  looking at the RPM that the rev-limiter kicks in,,,,I was doing 72mph.

now, since I have made a speed run on a clay road with the GPS at 68.8mph, with one tooth down on the front sprocket.

as far as mods?  it's been ATP'd, there's a lot to mention and I usually forget something.

i thought the 350's went about 61 stock

1) raptor 686 (thats all I'm saying) 100mph give or take 2 mph due to gps accuracy.
2) King Quad on Mudzillas - 60mph
3) Foreman 450 on Oulaws 50mph
4) Recon on Dirt Devils - 45 mph

well acording to my gps its 56 with mods and bigger tires
i wish i could do 100mph

Arctic Cat 500 man .   Some mods ...27 in Mud Lite XTR's 61 mph on limerock road . On the speedo .

The 250 on the other hand will go around 75mph. But I changed the gearing for more acceleration so It probably does about 67-70 or so.

My buddy clocked his YFZ 450 @ 68.4 mph w/ trailtech computer. '05 model all stock.

lol.... I've ridden with him and his wife before (great people) and told him that we need to run them. Maybe one day.

According to other peoples 400's about 70 mph :)

arctic cat 650 10 mph. thats down hill with a tail wind

Chillins 450 went just a little bit faster than mine .....but not much  ???

Can't remember the mods.  It's been so long ago but my 86 LT250  would do 90+.  The motor was built by WKR.  

Reefer650's DS650 with Whitebros. slip-on, Jet kit, K&N filter, Ron woods reveliminator kit, stock tire size. 81.3 on Garmin GPS, My blaster is just at about 55-56 because of tire size (18) and 12-tooth front sprocket which is a tooth smaller than stock. When I had my 14-tooth it hit 63.9 on a Garmin GPS with my mods... 

My stock Suzuki Vinson does around 59 according to the speedo. Havent put the GPS to it yet

Wow he got a real slow one! There is something wrong if he is not in the 70's. My YFZ hit 75-77mph stock. Now with intake and exhaust w/ 15tooth Im @ 82.3 Garmin GPS.

My Rancher......47 MPH in 4WD w/ a loaded cooler on front :)

2003 Yamaha Kodiak with a 200 pound rider tops out at 50 mph with mudzillas and a winch. Speedo told me.

Last night, I hit like 3 mph running down my stairs to get a glass of orange juice.  But, with proper lighting, shoes and motivation, I bet I could get up to 5 mph.

hey i got the answer to top speed, how fast:

i hit 70.2 at ocala with my lt250 gps 22's on the back stock motor with pipe and jetting 13 front sprocket and new torque fmf reeds. now i bore the motor .20 over but having problems with jetting and have not test it. help.

I bet if you get your throat ported by ATP, you could dump a whole glass of OJ in under a second and be back upstairs before anyone knew it.

Last night, I strapped on the nitrous (I ate Mexican food for dinner) and tested out my speed.  I waited about 2 hours after eating a giant chicken burritto with beans and rice, then stripped down to a pair of gym shorts and a pair of Chuck Taylor's. I got out in the road in front of the house and strapped a GPS to my forehead. I took off and as I blew past my house, I let the gas (human nitrous) flow. My wife stood in the driveway and looked at the GPS as I blistered past her. Much to my (and her) surprise, I hit 12 mph.

I cannot wait till those ATP shoes are out. With those shoes and a healthy dose of Chile Reyeno's and Taco's, I will crest the 20 mph mark. I'll post pics of the next test.

anorigional,If you shave all your body hair you can get an additional 1-2 mph.I cant tell you how i know that butt anyway.BTW kids and farm animals should be at least 500 ft. away when attemting analnitrus.Also i do not sugest wearing sandals it could be a crappy situation.

Oh i almost forgot.Does it realy mater haw fast your bikes go?You will be going as fast as i want to go,when i am pullin' you out of the woods with my polaris.Guys ,just a warning: dont try to go where i go.

With the stuff I do every day, you have to keep a sense of humor. Otherwise, I'd be locked up somewhere. So, I take time every day to pop on and off the net to check E Mails, boards I'm a member of, etc. Keeps my head clear so my work is top notch.

Regarding the contender, I've put it on hold for now. I've got some big stuff cooking that I need to complete first. But, I will get it.  ;)

14/40 gearing on 20'', a few mods on a 2004 blaster, 72mph on a dyno and side by side on asphalt next to my camaro 70mph. My Ds650, i have NO IDEA how fast it went, but it was plenty fast enough....

Ive  been  known  to  hit  14 mph  when  runnin  for  a  cold  beer ! ;D

96 Warrior  few mods internal and external has been up to around 85
mph.















on the trailer behind my truck  going home after LMK ride. HAHA. about
55-60 fast enough to make my hair look bad.

As long as it's at least 1 MPH faster than Quad32x I don't care  ;D

Racing quad32x we was side by side but i got the HoleShot on him  ;D
But i always bring more than enough cold ones ;)
Yamahondaman took us both till the 30ft mark :P

Of course that was back when I had my GSXR 1100  ;D

71mph on the Z400. But it only took about 20mph and a 2ft pine stump to dislocate my thumb 2 years ago.

2004 Yamaha Warrior stock 51.858 MPH tested with radar gun.

raptor 660 with a bore kit to something over  680cc it went about 105 mph give not take 5 or 6 mph more

Wouldn't that suggest that the new 686 raptor "700" would be around 100 MPH ? I don't know ....... :-\  Everyone likes to embelish but there's a few here that I would like to see verified or corrected with some drag slips and dyno runs.
It's kind of obvious which of us are wishful thinking  ;)
