Yeah it is kind of a pain. I ended up leaving the wet clutch springs out of mine as I didn't see the need for a higher engagement point.

I left them out as well but I didnt notice any improvement so I am going to install them next week.  ;D

hey jon, no problem I have installed clutches in both of my prairie 650's (very easy) the Kawasaki mule, the polaris ranger, the prairie 360 and now this KQ. I would like to help NOS PRAIRIE with his brute... I has no TOURQUE  :D lmao! Then I cant wait to get my hands on that HONDA ;D
water tanker? no need I have a well now with heat sensing sprinklers and hailon gas ;D

When you install just the weights and the secondary spring it just eliminates any belt slip, no real performance improvement. I'm running 29.5's and in thick mud it would slip the belt and after the kit it doesn't slip anymore.

Bill, did you install the lift kit to fit the 29.5's ???

I used the SRA offset wheels from another suzuki and put HL springs at all four corners in order for the 29.5's to clear. The 29.5's fit without the springs but it would rub on the inside fender up front and the rear bars as well.
