Thats so he doesn't have to cut a hole in his plastics. Looks like you got the right stuff. Remember to measure twice, cut once. I'll check here at lunch to see how your doin.

Use the U joint. Zip tie your vent hoses into the U(harder for the water to get in).
If your going to paint it do it before you attach it permanently, it's hard to do it right still attached. You can do your chores while the paint dries. ;)
By into the U I mean the shape of the U on the outside of the pipe.

ok i ran in to a problem it wont fit because of the head of the engine so its going to be like this ( 1 1/4 pvc then a 90 % elbow and then another lil pices of pvc then another 90 % turn and then another pvc pipe and then the 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 flex tube and then ill have it run up along my fender and then im going to cut the brackit and then drill it in to the plastics and tie strap it  all to gether also i may snorkel out my moms recon but she dosint know yet also will the way i just said work

I used a set of 45's out the box to angle it over, but I also tucked it in the body. 90's should work just fine. I would increase pipe diameter right out the box. Just use 1 1/4 pipe to go thru the box hole then put a 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 adapter then your first 90.

When you get it attached check your plug after your first good test run. That will show you if your fuel to air mixture is still correct. Check your plug before you run it to see what it looks like before and after.

You should use a new spark plug o rwire bruch the one you have clean so you can easily tell if its rich or lean.

Looks good. Is it just me or did it switch sides? Test run?
Good idea about bringing your stock snork with you. Just keep checking for water in the box.
