Title: Re: J W Corbett Wildlife Management in South Florida Post by: Manny1608 on December 17, 2022, 08:47:16 PM Went to JW Corbett today to scout out the place for hunting (put up some trail cams, etc) and was stopped by FWC about a half mile from my truck and was told ATVs are prohibited in JW. I was sent packing with a $55 fine. I thought ATVs were allowed during hunting season but learned the hard way they aren’t. I think they were a bit harsh being it was my first time ever at JW and don’t have as much as a parking ticket on my drivers license and had all of my other licenses and permits in order. What annoys me more is the person at the check station didn’t mention anything about it and accepted the $10 use fee and didn’t give me a heads up.
