The date has been set for the 46th Annual Pumpkin Run....October 28th-30th.

A couple BIG changes this year;

1. ONLINE Pre-Registration opens Sept.1st $50  (TDM) fee per person with FREE T-Shirt and NO $10 gate fee

2. Paying at the gate,... $60 (TDM) fee per person NO FREE T-shirt,... also, NO $10 gate fee

3. Live band FREE concert Friday night only the 28th *****HYPERSONA******

4. Brassy BarBQ will be serving GREAT food at a GREAT price all weekend.

Things that we are doing again this year;

1. Water Wheelie competition with prizes

2. The Quad-r-Totter challenge with prizes

3. The Poker Run for the first 150 people to sign up @ $10 per hand....$1,500 CASH to the best hand.

4. Raffle drawing for GREAT prizes Saturday evening (Pre-Registered guests only)

Something like this maybe pointing to an atv crossing the moon or riding on it. With 46th annual pumpkin run across the top.  Can add some more atvs and dirt bikes in the distance.  Also thought about maybe holding an atv in his hand.

1. You must print your receipt for each person as well as a completed and signed waiver of release for each person and have it with you when your arrive.

2. If there are multiple people in one vehicle, 1 waiver may be used with every participants signature, unless they are a minor,....EVERY minor must have a separate completed and signed waiver to enter the property.

Fellow Pumpkin Runners,

It's time for the 46th Annual Pumpkin Run being held October 28-29 at our primo property in Samsula, Florida! On-line registration is now open by going to ApolloMotorcycleClub.com. See the attachments for additional info and post it anywhere you can! We have a great new road system and working showers (compared to the ones we rented last year) and improved roads for everyone to be able to come and easily enjoy themselves. Great mud only areas and average quad trails for everyone depending on your flavor. The event is open to all ATVs, Side x Sides, and Dirt Bikes so bring your family, your friends, and your friend’s family to the best event of the year! Sorry, no 3-wheelers allowed.

Where: Just south of Samsula, FL off SR 415 (Follow the directions on the website, ApolloMotorcycleClub.com)

- No Glass Is Allowed on the Property
 
- Side x Side width and length restriction for main trail 66" wide x 120" long

 When: October 28-29. Gates open at noon on Friday (camping only Fri) and close 12 PM on Sunday.

What its all about:

There will be two arrowed courses consisting of some good Florida ranchlands with a great mixture of terrain. A day course will be available to play around on while the Poker Run will be happening on the night course, which opens at dark-thirty! Can't make it too easy to find the prize pumpkins along the way! A few surprises are in order and if it gets too gnarly, there will be several options and "bail-out" trails that will take you back to camp.

Featured Events:
 
- Free concert Friday night

- Saturday Poker Run 3pm til 6pm ($10 per hand, 150 rider limit. winner takes all to the best hand....$1,500.)

- Water Wheelie Contest

- Quader Totter (a see-saw big enough for a side x side or quad to use!)

- There will be a daytime trail to ride, but the main trail starts at Dark-thirty! (Working headlights and tail lights required) with prize pumpkins stashed along the way!

Accommodations:

- Camping on the property is not only allowed, but encouraged. Expect a primitive campsite however there is room for RVs. Hotels are available within a short driving distance. Camp fires permitted NO PALLETS

- Merchandise is available for purchase

- Showers, port-a-potties, and bike wash are available for use

- Event T-shirts will be available-Watch for Vendor Updates on our Website

Cost: Cash, and Major Credit and Debit cards AT THE GATE....NO CHECKS

- $50 per person to pre-register on-line at ApolloMotorcycleClub.com (with a Free Event T-Shirt!)

Early indications are that the property got a LOT of rain.....😎

We like some water.......
It has plenty of time to settle before the end of the month.
Should be perfect by then.

Going up tomorrow, pictures to follow.

Great news....kinda, right now there is a TON of water in the woods (trails), the main campground is wet, but should be all dried up in the next 3 weeks. Wheelie pit and our new "play" areas are going to be a blast. The trails are badly clogged with down trees, as we work to clear them I urge everyone to stay ON the marked trail, there will be hundreds of new stumps that could damage your machine.

Great news.....Our club came together and we were able to cut and clear all the down trees from the trails. The main camp ground is almost completely dried up and should be perfect for the event, the wheelie is full and the new play area is full and will be a lot of fun. Got a good cold front coming which should make for some great camping weather.

I saw on the Apollo website it says only open to past participants and friends/family of past participants. I'm not either of those, but found it here on this forum. Can I still come???
I live in West Palm and my girlfriend and I are looking forward to getting out in this beautiful weather and getting dirty!

Let me be the first to say that this years pumpkin run was the best ever.
We got there early and weren't able to get our favorite camping spot but managed to find an area big enough for our group to all be together. Trails were in great shape.  You could tell people were busy after the storm clearing the trails.  Found deep water to play in and work arounds for those that didn't. Trails weren't too dust.  The dew helped and we skipped,"detoured around" the sand monster trail.
Great job by the Apollo Group!  What an outstanding event!!!
