Title: 137th Ave and 8th St finally shut down? Post by: CheesePatrol on May 13, 2013, 01:30:03 PM A chain link fence went up over the busiest section of this area along with additional "no trespassing" signs. I've also seen cleaning crews out there dragging trash to several large dumpsters that were dropped off.
Looks like the property owners have had enough. Target recently purchased this land from Lowes a few months back. Title: Re: 137th Ave and 8th St finally shut down? Post by: cr500pro on May 13, 2013, 01:36:06 PM its only a matter of time before all that area is developed on both side of 8st. all the way to krome ave.in the next 20yrs land is gonna get hard to find in miami and property prices r gonna sore.,thankfully theres alot of open riding land north of miami >:D

Post by: cr500pro on August 14, 2013, 10:24:19 AM im thinking about selling all my 4 wheelers and just keeping my dual sport(xr650l),ive put more miles/hours on my dual sport in the woods,then ive ever put on all my atv's without the worries of parking,my truck/trailer being towed,stolen,vandalized .in the next couple of years atving is almost gonna disappear here in miami.dual sport in the future of off roading in south florida. ;D ;)
