would u recommend ROTELLA more then the valvoline? the ROTELLA kinda scares me a bit its not made for motorcycles, motorcycle oil have chemicals so that it doesnt foam up in ur crankcase, which happens alot with bikes due to all the gears of the tranny..i used penzoil once on a street bike rode it for 1hour came back and drained the oil it was all foamed up,thats reduces the protection on ur whole motor.

They have a Valvoline ATV 10w40 as well. I accidentally got a quart of the motorcycle oil that honestly looks the same to me. But I got some at Wal Mart too, then bought a case of 12 from Amazon for about $60 since the store only had 3 or 4 in stock. I drive a '95 Yamaha Moto 4. It seems like a real good oil that has good wet clutch protection and is approved for ATV use. Yamalube by comparison was about twice as much per case.

I can take pics of them to compare if anyone wants.

I too started using the valvoline atv oil.  We'll see what it looks like after tomorrows oil change. Maybe 20hrs of use. With some hard riding

im sure it will eventualy turn dark like any oil with usage, & wet clutch dirty the oils alot more..1 thing i love about this oil, is it doesnt (foam up) when riding hard.ive used regular car oils in bikes n after they heat up n oil foams up i can hear the internal parts more..(not a good sound to hear)..ive used valvoline 10w40 & castrol 4t as well.they r both great but ive found valvoline at a cheaper price.
