Title: 250 trail boss Post by: hankstar56 on August 26, 2012, 01:25:59 PM i just bought this machine and it had burned piston.went .020 on new piston.new gsks.rings.has blue spark/gas/air.just get back fire.question?are these machines prone to shearing flywheel keys? thnx hank

Once there click on the ATV Forum @ the top of the page next to Home, scroll down to Polaris Model Specific Discussions & click on the Trail Boss section & take a look, post your ? there!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope this helps. I'm not very knowledgable on the older wheelers!! |
