you can run more then one class you  can run 460 index and open

the outlaw class...and from what i hear pocket change is coming to break the track record and the boy that broke the track record last month said they haven't seen anything yet....so it should be a good showing in that class...

Alright I looked up "Hazelhurst" on mapquest and found 2 different ones... The one is pretty far north, up past tifton. And the other is down by the border north of Jacksonville. Which one is it?  :P

The racing is Saturday evening/night right?

Its in Jeff Davis county, and it will probaly be more like saturday night/sunday morning(1-2 am).

I'm not going. I'm going up to Durhamtown plantation in Ga. to ride the week after the Saltsdale race and thats enough traveling for me. You guys have fun though.

Alright cool. Next thing is, once I get to town where do I go from there? Any signs or anything up? I'm probably gonna be coming up 75 for a while and then cut across over there to it from what I've seen on the map.

All you fla boys comin to the race tomorrow, hope you all have a safe trip.  For those of you coming up I-75, when you get to Ga, you are in lowndes county, no more than 9 to 10 miles above speed limit.  Shireff's dept parks in median and will write tickets.
Quickest way from Valdosta is to take Hwy 31 exit which is the valdosta, Madison exit and go thru Lakeland, Pearson, Douglas, to Hazlehurst.  In Hazlehurst, take 341 East out of town until the highway turns from a wide 4-lane into a divided highway with a grass median.  About 1 mile past dividing, raace track is on the left beside a Metal building.  You have to travel a couple hundred yards past the track to get to a turnaround and come back to the track.  Be seein  u all there

You guys that didnt come back on Sunday missed a scorcher.  Carl said he would never have another race during the day, and i dont blame him. lol.

As far as results, the blue banshee from Florida took first in the 350 modified, outlaw, and 4.60. I took first in the prostock and 2nd in 4.60. Im not sure who won stock or 6.0.  Wish you other guys could have stayed!!!

My best time was 4.37 we will do better next time the bike was put together wednsday and on a trailer thursday morning the bike was completly un tuned.

Yes we are coming to salts but the bad part for you is its not a 4.60 class i wont have to slamm the brakes ;D but i will give it to you you came close to pushing us through the 4.60 gate

Smoke, the track record was not broke.  It was pretty hot, plus Matt only made 2 passes and Rick did not come back on Sunday.

My fastest time in the pro-stock class was a 4.56 or a 4.57.  I broke out in the 4.60 one time with one of those times also.  The second place person's best time was a 4.70.  Tony took third, but I am not sure what kind of times he ran. 

OH, and I have to give props to true 350 for beating me in the 4.60 class.  I let out some (which i didnt have too, but I was scared I was going to break out)  and ran a 4.72 with a .478 light.  Sounds good right?? Not that time, because he ran a 4.73 with a .406 light.  Good job on the tree, and the win man.

BTW, does anyone have any pics or vids?  I have a few, but all of them are of me.  True 350 made some  cool passes wheelin most of the way dow the track.

Yes we have about 20 videos only a few of tonys bikes  and maybe one or two of yours.  ??? not sure wife taped them.    Oh Tony my wife wants to know when you guys plan on staying in Florida for your vacation she said you need to be here for a Thursday so you guys can watch her race her car.  She also said to tell you as soon as she puts that video together she will mail you a dvd of it.

Had a great time sunday but it sure was hot. I want to thank all  the Fla guys for coming up this weekend sorry about the rain :-\  Hey Jerry corne sorry I havent called ya back I been working trying to catch up around here so I can come to the race in salts this weekend and try to get back the crown. ;D I want to give props out to Whitaker Custom Racing. You guys sure cleaned house and took all the money. ;D Now ya know next time its not going to be so easy ;D  well I got a good vid of that wheelie all the way down the track. would post it but dont know how. We are going to try to be there this weekend for the race but not sure yet. Well in the Prostock class I came in third .I came in 2nd in the 450 class. Didnt do great in any other classes. just wasnt my time ;D My best pass on the general was 4.64. the black and yellow bike wasnt  running that great but she getting better. and the 400 needs a new  clutch but it will be better next time I hope :-\ .  Hey lilcorne sorry they didnt let you race I tried  :-[.  I will try to give you guys a call tomorow.   Yamahonda thank again for some more bling bling.   GETTTT IITTT RAGGGSSS
