OK, who is up for a drag racing weekend.

There is a lot of smack talk going around the forum right now, time to put up or shut up.

No time slip needed to enter...just bring your chit and race.

We will have a stock class, which will be obviously dominated by my 525 ktm powered Outlaw, and an open class for the modified and those who don't want a piece of the Outlaw. We can add some more classes as needed.

Could do it in Sept when the heat dies down a little.

It was around on Sunday, I broke it out to test a new piece of track we put into the mx track.

hey Paul, what do you think about a big burm on the finish line jump turn?

How are you going to judge what is stock and modified, theology says you have to race in modified since its a big bore.

I can't help that it is like me...well endowed.



We are looking at some ways to get some of the slower bikes onto the finish line jump a little faster. We may use a bit of the old drag strip. It is being worked on.  ;)

You're going to have to create a special 400ex class because they're so much faster than any other bike on the planet. It wouldn't be fair to let them race anything but another 400.

Wait one minute!! Are you saying the 400ex's are going to beat the 450's on the race track? If so, are you goin to be the one on it?? ;D ;D

Paul, if you do this I'd be happy to help out with class structures and elimination brackets. When we used to race at Saltsdale we ran double elimination and a bracket system kind of like monster truck racing. Winners braket, losers bracket. Sometimes you could be allowed to buy back in. Sounds fun.

Man, I want to see you guys with these 400's blow away a 450, and I will be up for a race on the mx track.

dunno about blowing away, but me and my 280# body on my '99 400EX got beat by only one length against a 100# guy on a 450 ;-)

and that was after I stood it up on the start line.

HAHA, im not talkin smack, Im just sayin that Im almost 100 percent I will outrun a 400ex, I would like to have more competition on the MX track, always good to have more people in a class. ;D

I know for sure that Dippy on the Rubicon can outrun anyone on the MX track ;-)
