Title: I need help trouble shooting my master cylinder Post by: LonesomeTriZ on May 17, 2010, 08:37:06 PM I just rebuilt and re-installed the front master cylinder and caliper on my 1999 Yamaha V-Star. However, it still does not work. I have rebuilt many master cylinders in the past and this is the first one to give me this kind of trouble. I am hoping I just over looked something simple and some on here might be able to point it out. The issue I am having is it still will not build pressure and has far as I can tell it is not sending fluid to the caliper. The front brake line is clean and the master cylinder seemed to work on a bench test. So any ideas?
