Saves a little bit of trouble getting the kids legal, still a BS way for them to make more money. I don't care what they see or how they click the mouse, it can't do much for safety of riding an atv in real life. If their actual goal was to get everyone to watch the videos and learn the rules they could all offer the online course for free.

Still lets you ride but I'm not sure what the difference it makes between an observer and atv cert.
