Title: ROV and OHV Post by: hsi579 on February 10, 2010, 05:59:15 PM What is the difference between the recreational off highway vehicle, and the off highway vehicle? I went to get my tag for my LTZ400 and they gave me the ROV-recreational one. Is this still fine for riding in ocala..
